Good evening team,

I am Chandrakumar S (Emp ID: [protected]). I was working in Vodafone Store Erode, Tamilnadu. I releived my job on june 2018, I have received the salary for the month of June 2018. But I didn't received my incentive for the June month. Many times i made a compliance regarding this to my store manager and Ikya Executives. They are not provide any valid reasons and solutions. They just diverted me to ask this person, ask that person. I don't know how to deal this, Kindly help me to get my incentive.

Earlier i was working with sbicapsecurities as ME and i was trying to withdraw my pf since last 4years but my employee details are not properly updated on ikya portal
I tried your customer care number and call on one of mentioned number of one of nearest branch but the employee has no sense that how to behave or respond to the customers he directly refused to help. Please improve your customer service as well as teach your employees how to behave.
Request you to update the details and do the needful as its been a long time and its a little urgent.

Recently when i went to chennai ikya office, they said there is no one for nokia representative.
