My name is sumit ohal. I have left the job from ikya quess their client (Bajaj finance) pune.
My joining date was 18th july 2018 and my last day with there client was 1st sept.
There client said me to give resign as on same day which was 1st sept 2018.
So i intimate bajaj finance manager and hand over all work to him.

Now after 2 months of resign ikya quess send me a notice letter that, bajaj...

Hi i am p. Praneeth kumar with employee id-[protected], unable to activate my uan no.[protected]. Its showing as dob mismatch. My dob is 27/02/1986, the same has been submitted during joining, but don't know what is updated in your records. Please check and do needful.

I cannot activate my uan number until i give correct dob which was updated during pf/uan account creation....

I tried your customer care number and call on one of mentioned number of one of nearest branch but the employee has no sense that how to behave or respond to the customers he directly refused to help. Please improve your customer service as well...
