An card not delivered to my address

Hi,

I am minaxi rasiklal sangani. I applied for pan card 8 months ago. My acknowledgement number is [[protected]]. When i enquired through internet, it is mentioning that it is already dispatched but i have not yet received it. Filed form-16 tax return form on june 2017 but till now no action has been taken. Money not refunded. No status has been updated on return file. Very much frustrated. Income tax not helping properly. Why is it stucked or any reason, no updates on this.
Don't know when action will be taken. Looks like till i don't take any action, they also don't take any action.

I'm triveni upadhyay an exservice man from army. Pan aaspu3314k issued by the nsdl on 08/08/2005 to me. Same number issued to an other person whose name, father's name & dob is matching with me by uti infra tech and services ltd. He is a business man at delhi. He also linked aadhar but in portal pan is shown is mine. Please do the needful to rectify this problem. I am attaching the correspondence made with your office and nsdl.

This is a fraud bank account which does daily basis cash transactions in his account and charge 1 percent from their customers. This is a fake account only for hawala business.

I was working in a garment based company while joining the company said about the tax amount that was deducted from my salary the salary i received was without the tax amount although my salary was non taxable.. But still the company deducted tax and said you can claim it back later on.. But on demanding the form 16a and 16b the company denied for the same n didnot pay me those amount bt deducted it from my salary stating it as tax... What should i do

My pan card no. Is anfps6156h. This pan is enlisted with banks and other necessary fields.in the year 2014, while making kyc for investment purposes, i found that pan no. Anfps6156h was not in e file and pan no. Aocp9837h is existing on it.
Immediately i informed this matter to my ito, jamshedpur and requested to amend the e file on 08.05.2014. The authority asked my consent and i replied on 22 sep 2014 for retention of pan no. Anfps5156h. Letter corresponds goes on but till date e file is not amended.
Sir, i am facing a lot of inconveniences due to this. I am neither able to file it return nor able to link my aadhaar card with it.
Your intervention is solicited.

I filed my two years pending returns on 09.01.2018.
They were for ay 2016-17 and 2017-18.
I received my 2017- 18 refund but less than what is online available.
Now if i again opt for revised one my accountant will charge me same which is not given to me or for which refund is filed.
For ay 2016-17 its still pending kindly clear at earliest.

We are from karnataka regional... Infarct in karnataka majority peoples have their last name as initial alphabets in their adhaar proof or any other proof ex: mahan s, prabas h p, gender. M f.. Etc like these.. So it not possible to provide in pan application last name as initial alphabets (S, h p, m f... Etc) so it is verry necessary to change please understand these problem and you would solve it soon

Acn cable network is working as cable tv service provider in several cities of madhaya pradesh.
This network is selling cable tv set top boxes through cable operators and not providing bill or invoice against the product.
This seems the company is doing business in malicious way, hence tax theft is much possible.
All records and assets must be examined.

We both have same name is anil kumar, same father’s name omprakash, & same date of birth 07/06/1971. I have been writing mail to [protected]@nsdl.co.in since december, 2017 but yet problem is not solved

Kindly help me this problem to resolved it

Ims college is most corrupt college of noida...they are shown top college of India in Google using paid promotion...they fool the students of college...they take fine from the students in the name of depart upto[protected]. and takes fine without any unusual reasons... they take fee also but not doing any services ...plz help me...they are only takes money...not think about the future of students...plz help me...when they fined only takes cash...not any online payment...

I know he never submit income tax or paid any amount. He has one two stories building and two no shop at munsiffdanga po/dist purulia. He sold out many land such as at 1. Ananda dham, 2. Dr pakrashi property, 3. Mrs pathak property, 4. Mr karmakar property etc. Pl investigate in proper way for the interest of tax payee citizens

I am holding apancard no avqpb2810a for the last 10 years. And i have been submitting my other requried information on this pan no, but i have not submitting my income tax returns on this pan no, i have been alloted more pan card number alloted are,
Old pan no:1 avqpb2810a
New pan no 2:dkapb2143c

I was requsetd to be use only pan no avqpb2810a it was also stated that other pan's alloted will become non operational and should not be used.
My numble request is plsase cancel my second pan no.

Ddo mistakenly did not deposited tds deducted from my salary against my pan no - aazpp9337q but deposited it in another pan no. Account
But now ddo rectified the mistake and deposited tds deducted in fy 2009-10. And same is reflected in 26 form.
In the meantime demand was raised on 22.4.2011 for rs 67930.00.
This demand was deducted from my refund of rs 125340/ for ay 2016-17.
I made application dated 4.10.2017, to assessing officer ward 3 income tax office panchkula (Pin 134109) for refund of full amount of tds for ay 2010-11, which is now refundable, but till date neither refund given nor any reply given.

Tds deducted by m/s laurent and benon management consultants limited (Pan - aabcl0936h ; tan - dello2998c) under section 1941 for renting our apartment no d - 302, la lagune, sector-54, golf course road, gurgaon for the period 01 april 2015 to 31 march 2016 amounting to rs 31, 763 /- has not yet been deposited by the company in the government treasury.
I humbly request your kind intervention in the matter to resolve the issue. Several reminders to the company in this regard have not been responded to. Also complaints in detail have been submitted to your office but the issue remains unresolved. My it returns for the fy[protected]Ay[protected] reflect this income but refund is awaited because of non - deposit of tds by the company
