Dear sir, i have been staying in hostel since last 1 year at kondapur hyderabad. My hostel owner is maintaining 5 hostels out of which 2 girls hotels. When i was joining he said to remit the hostel fees in bank only but now he said to all dont remit the hostel fees in bank because income tax problems pay directly to me like that he said. I think he is doing illegal business so thats why he is not paying any taxes. Please kindly take action about him.

I am facing a big delay & mantley Harassment in my pending refund of 16440/- for AY-2014-15, first time Refund was gone back due to giving incorrect Bank-Account Number filled by my CA-vishal Goyal -ambala cantt.
I have given Refund request at ambala cantt DC(Income Tax Office) on[protected]ASK-No-[protected]-The Inspector (Income Tax)Ward-3 with all required docs & also given online refund issue request.
after it, i have received intimation u/s 143(1) of the income tax act-19614 with refund issued amount-17090/- with interest on 3-july-2016.
but my refund amount-17090/- is still not transferred in my given Salary account of SBI-[protected] at ambala cantt.
I have given 9 time calls to income tax office-bangalore at toll free-[protected], but result is zero,

This is about my income tax processing for ay2007-08. I had e-filed my returns in year 2008. I never received the refund which was due. Many years later, in 2015 i received a demand notice on my income tax portal dashboard, the demand amount was equal to the refund amount due.

I disagreed with demand about 11 times on portal, raised multiple grievances on the portal, emailed to the assessing officer many times, called up it office many times, wrote emails to it ombudsman many times, wrote a letter with all details to the ao many times, but nothing has happened.

I raised an rti asking the details of the demand, and it office wrote back that their system access has not been working for 15 days, and they will get back to me with details in 10 days. It has been 3 months since then, and i have not received any response on the rti.

I really do not know what else can i do to get my it refund.

My following income-tax refunds are pending since several years. my reminders have not helped. pl. get the refunds issued.

What is the mode of redressal for an employee when the employer is deducting income tax from payroll and not depositing it to the dept and no tax credit is appearing in the employee's PAN ? The deduction has happened over 90 days -120 days ago. Also the Form 16 is being held back for frivolous reason of all the employees
Is the company / director liable for prosecution in this case?

I have applied for pan card of my minor son het jigarbhai shah by nsdl on 16th june 2016 from alankit limited, b-30, ajanta comm. Centre, nr. I. Tax circle, ahmedabad. But up till now i have not received pan card. I checked status of pan card. Status of pan card is your application is under processed in tin utilisation centre up till now. I can't receive any favourable reply from alankit limited. Please do needful in this matter & oblidge.

I suddenly see a demand notice no.[protected]t, appearing online asking for rs. 96500.00 related to the ay[protected]. Surprisingly it also says that this demand was raised on the 30/03/2010. This is not true, i never received any such demand.

I also see no other details are loaded pertaining ton the year[protected] in your site. I also don't see how this demand is arrived at.
