Sir,
My PAN no. is AJTPM9939N. For the assessment year[protected], my TDS deducts from the salary which has been shown in form 26AS but still they are deducting the TDS of that salary with penalty. I mailed them so many times but they are not giving any response . Kindly forward my complaint to income tax department or help me to getting out from this problem.

I am facing a big delay & mantley Harassment in my pending refund of 16440/- for AY-2014-15, first time Refund was gone back due to giving incorrect Bank-Account Number filled by my CA-vishal Goyal -ambala cantt.
I have given Refund request at ambala cantt DC(Income Tax Office) on[protected]ASK-No-[protected]-The Inspector (Income Tax)Ward-3 with all required docs & also given online refund issue request.
after it, i have received intimation u/s 143(1) of the income tax act-19614 with refund issued amount-17090/- with interest on 3-july-2016.
but my refund amount-17090/- is still not transferred in my given Salary account of SBI-[protected] at ambala cantt.
I have given 9 time calls to income tax office-bangalore at toll free-[protected], but result is zero,
Please note my refund-details--is communication reff- cpc/1415/a1/[protected], refund sequence no-[protected], dated-3-july-2016.
Kindly do needful & necessary action for my pending Refund .

This is about my income tax processing for ay2007-08. I had e-filed my returns in year 2008. I never received the refund which was due. Many years later, in 2015 i received a demand notice on my income tax portal dashboard, the demand amount was equal to the refund amount due.

I disagreed with demand about 11 times on portal, raised multiple grievances on the portal, emailed to the assessing officer many times, called up it office many times, wrote emails to it ombudsman many times, wrote a letter with all details to the ao many times, but nothing has happened.

I raised an rti asking the details of the demand, and it office wrote back that their system access has not been working for 15 days, and they will get back to me with details in 10 days. It has been 3 months since then, and i have not received any response on the rti.

I really do not know what else can i do to get my it refund.

My following income-tax refunds are pending since several years. my reminders have not helped. pl. get the refunds issued.

A. y.2006-07 3,[protected] remarks: credit of tds certificate of rs. 2588/- not given. additional interest of rs. 75/- charged u/s. 234c.

A. y.[protected], 830 5, 980 (incl.intt. u/s. 244, rs. 540) 18, 390 remarks: credit of tds certificate of rs. 23, 721/- not given.. 234c. less tax due to the tune of rs 5, 391/- wrongly calculated in intimation.

A. y. 2009-10
Remarks: demand of rs. 81, 770/- was wrongly raised vide intimation under section 143910 dated 01.05.2010 against which a rectification application was filed on 04.03.2011, status of which is not known.

my Pan Card not deliverd . courier no. B[protected].

What is the mode of redressal for an employee when the employer is deducting income tax from payroll and not depositing it to the dept and no tax credit is appearing in the employee's PAN ? The deduction has happened over 90 days -120 days ago. Also the Form 16 is being held back for frivolous reason of all the employees
Is the company / director liable for prosecution in this case?

I have applied for pan card of my minor son het jigarbhai shah by nsdl on 16th june 2016 from alankit limited, b-30, ajanta comm. Centre, nr. I. Tax circle, ahmedabad. But up till now i have not received pan card. I checked status of pan card. Status of pan card is your application is under processed in tin utilisation centre up till now. I can't receive any favourable reply from alankit limited. Please do needful in this matter & oblidge.

I have apply for the correction request 30640 online for changing the below details.

I have applied for pan card and it should be delivered to me but yet i'm not receive any pan card, but according to first flight courier service it's delivered to me, but i'm waiting for pan card more than 15 days.
I'm received a message at dated 27th apr 2016 that my pan card no gsvps5701m is dispatched by first flight no-b[protected]

I suddenly see a demand notice no.[protected]t, appearing online asking for rs. 96500.00 related to the ay[protected]. Surprisingly it also says that this demand was raised on the 30/03/2010. This is not true, i never received any such demand.

I also see no other details are loaded pertaining ton the year[protected] in your site. I also don't see how this demand is arrived at.

And, in pan no. Abepf1869r, i’ve submitted for correction in name on[protected], which was done and received by me on 01-apr-2016. (Pfa the acknowledge receipt)

I am continue doing followups over phone in customer care as well as in pan card office in civic center and income tax office. But pan no. Abxpf0914e is still active. Because of it, my banking works are pending from last 5 months.

So, please cancel my pan no. Abxpf0914e.

Hi, i have to claim my pf from the company i worked in india. I have been asked to re-apply for pan as 1. I never received my pan, probably because i had moved to singapore when pan's where distributed initially. 2. Now i am a foreign citizen, i thought i will reapply.

I have to fill in an online application form that forces me to select title. As you can see in the attached images, the application does not display title. But i cant print or even print preview until i have made the payment. Once i make the payment the printed version has the title on it. I have been asked to apply as there was a mistake so i have applied already twice and paid twice.

The customer service department is asking me to apply one more time, and i dont see the point, if there system is such a crap. Now i live in the uk, and i am not sure who i should raise this with as any governmental department in india seems to have a very deranged service system. I am raising this hoping that you can help me, and also ensure this does not happen to others in the future as people deserve better quality of service that scuffling like this on a day to day basis.

On the basis of advertisement in daily news paper gujarat samachar. A tour progromme was undertaken with subject organizer during diwali of 2013. Since that i have written chain of reminders/personal approaches, phones, but organizers are rudely behaving & telling do whatever i wish.

Accordingly after ensuring all things in writing i.E. To & fro ticket(Sleeper class) hotel stay, food facility, all committed amount was given to mr. Mukeshji and dineshji who are organiser and doing the business under the name of khushi tours, at 35, ajanta comml.Cnentre, nr. Incometax, ashram road, ahmedabad-380009.

Since tour organ or did not fulfil any committment even return ticket also was not given and all hotels stay was not in proper place besides very bad food was provided all the 42 passengers faced hardship.

Since tour organizers have not at all provided basic amenties besdies great hardship, stay in sub.Std hotels, non planning of tour, return ticket, 3 days more leave from deptt.

.Considering all these aspects i pray to process the case with above mentioned party for recovery of rs. 50, 000/- so that party may not do such a great mistake in future.
