This is in continuation to my complaint made on by email on 22.02.2015, but
the complaint of new Fridge has not been fully resolved.
I have repeatedly visited your service centre but they are not heeding to
my request.
Pl. expedite the matter otherwise I will go the Consumer Forum.

Your question I purchased the abovementioned Fridge from M/s Kay Dee
Audiovisions Pvt. Ltd., 82, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad-201001, vide Receipt
No. N-378 dt:07.5.2014 which is neither giving cooling nor functioning
properly. I have lodged a complaint with the dealer, who sent service men
but they opened my fridge in the last week and filled the gas, but it is
still not working.
