Hi, i have to claim my pf from the company i worked in india. I have been asked to re-apply for pan as 1. I never received my pan, probably because i had moved to singapore when pan's where distributed initially. 2. Now i am a foreign citizen, i thought i will reapply.

I have to fill in an online application form that forces me to select title. As you can see in the attached images, the application does not display title. But i cant print or even print preview until i have made the payment. Once i make the payment the printed version has the title on it. I have been asked to apply as there was a mistake so i have applied already twice and paid twice.

The customer service department is asking me to apply one more time, and i dont see the point, if there system is such a crap. Now i live in the uk, and i am not sure who i should raise this with as any governmental department in india seems to have a very deranged service system. I am raising this hoping that you can help me, and also ensure this does not happen to others in the future as people deserve better quality of service that scuffling like this on a day to day basis.

This issue has been raised with [protected]@ndsl. I have the the history of their emails. They don't know what they are doing. They are who I have raised the concern with. all they suggest is to apply through a form that is not fit for purpose. And I have to pay Rs.999 every time I submit the form. And I have already paid twice. And I have called them as well. Same answer like robots. Should have kidneys instead of brains.

Respected Sir, I am Sarita. I lost my pan card No. DCNPS8047D.I am from Teh. Nigdhu, Distt. Karnal.I lost My pan card during a exam in Karnal nearly last month.So I request you to cancel my this pan card no. to avoid misuse of this.

My PAN card has been dispatched on 20-May-2015 by Pigeon Express Pvt. Ltd. courier vide airway bill no.[protected] but still i have not received pan card what can i do?

    Sir,

    On the basis of advertisement in daily news paper gujarat samachar. A tour progromme was undertaken with subject organizer during diwali of 2013. Since that i have written chain of reminders/personal approaches, phones, but organizers are rudely behaving & telling do whatever i wish.

    Accordingly after ensuring all things in writing i.E. To & fro ticket(Sleeper class) hotel stay, food facility, all committed amount was given to mr. Mukeshji and dineshji who are organiser and doing the business under the name of khushi tours, at 35, ajanta comml.Cnentre, nr. Incometax, ashram road, ahmedabad-380009.

    Since tour organ or did not fulfil any committment even return ticket also was not given and all hotels stay was not in proper place besides very bad food was provided all the 42 passengers faced hardship.

    Since tour organizers have not at all provided basic amenties besdies great hardship, stay in sub.Std hotels, non planning of tour, return ticket, 3 days more leave from deptt.

    .Considering all these aspects i pray to process the case with above mentioned party for recovery of rs. 50, 000/- so that party may not do such a great mistake in future.

      I have purchased a property in Thane in Nov 2013 with the agreement cost of Rs.72, 00, 000. Nobody told me or I was not knowing to deduct 1% TDS from the seller from the payment I did it to the seller. After around 2.5 years of my purchase of the property, income tax department is sending me TDS intimation with subject of the email is "CPC (TDS) Follow up: 26QB Statement not yet filed for Purchase of Property during FY 2013-14". Also it has been informed me that a late fee of Rs.200 per day is liable to pay by me. TDS payment can be done by me but late fees would be very huge and around 1.8 lakhs. Being a regular tax payer, it is a big burden on me to pay the late fees. I really don't understand why Income Tax Department is so late to intimate me about filing form 26QB. Because of such a late intimation of Income Tax Department I have to suffer with a big financial loss. I would like to request to IT department to waive off my late fees, and also consider that my seller has declared all these income in his return, so can i submit those details and get waiver from TDS, considering govt. has already received all dues.
      Also, if i pay 1% TDS now, will my seller get that money credited after his tax adjustments?

      I am fine to pay reasonable penalty (example 5000) considering i had no knowledge of subject, and there was no intention of escaping any payment.

        Respected sir/madam

        I had filed my income tax return in form no.4 for the a.Y.2008/09 on dated 18.12.2008 as per the return, my total income is rs.111450. So tax is worth of rs.149 against which tds amount of rs.31369 is deducted on 31.3.08 by asr multimetals private ltd. As per form no.16a. So, there is a refund of rs.31220 is due to me. I attached the form no.16a, itr filed akcnowledgement copy, pancard and my bank a/c. Detail with ifsc and micr code along with this application.

        I request you to issue me the refund order as early as soon as possible.

        I applied for Personal loan and the loans are getting rejected because of dual PAN card. please help me to cancel the card so that I can get the loan.

          As i never got the hard copy of pan card, when i applied (5 years ago). Now that i have joined a company, the company got me a new pan card but then i see that there is another pan to my name already existing and active. I have submitted a cancellation request with complaint no. 95155611 with sparsh. I don't have any copy of the aforesaid pan card no. Coxpp311of which i want to cancel. Please help me address the grievances as soon as possible.

              We have filed income tax return manually log time back in 2011 for pan no. Bbipd8823q unfortunately on the time when check reached at our address we were not available to receive.

              This status is available from that time on on line portal. We again contacted to to income tax officer and produced application with all relevant document to transfer on-line directly in the respective a/c and the matter for forwarder to income tax commissioner gorakhpur up.
              From last 6 months we are following them and every time they are saying that you will get in within 7-10 day . I am surprised by the behaviour of income tax officers deoria and income tax commissioner gorakhpur why they are delaying matter without any reason .
              If there is any procedure to file complaint for the delay please let me know .

                Dear Buyer of Immovable Property, PAN(AAOPW5743L),

                As per the information received in Annual Information return (AIR) through Registrar/Sub-registrar, you have executed transaction for Purchase of Immovable Property exceeding Rs. 50 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs) during Financial Year 2013-14. However TDS Statement in Form 26QB has not yet been filed by you. In this regard, your urgent attention is invited to the following, with respect to filing of TDS Statement in Form 26QB and Issuance of TDS Certificates in Form 16B downloaded from TRACES.


                Mandatory Filing of Form 26QB:
                As per Finance Act of 2013, TDS is applicable on transfer of immovable property, wherein the consideration of the property exceeds or is equal to Rs 50 Lakhs. Sec 194 IA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 read with Rule 30, 31 & 31A of Income Tax Rules states that:

                For all such transactions with effect from June 1, 2013, Tax @ 1% should be deducted by the purchaser of the property at the time of making payment of sale consideration.

                Tax so deducted should be deposited to the Government Account through e-tax Payment option (Netbanking) or any of the authorised bank branches. Any sum so deducted under section 194-IA shall be required to be paid to the credit of the Central Government within a period of seven days from the end of the month in which the deduction is made.

                PAN of seller as well as Purchaser should be mandatorily furnished in an online Form (Form 26QB) for furnishing information regarding the property transaction. Facility for furnishing information regarding the transaction of sale of immoveable property and payment of TDS thereof is available on the website www.tin-nsdl.com.

                TDS certificate in Form 16B is required to be issued by the Buyer of property to the Seller, in respect of the taxes deducted and deposited into the Government Account. Form 16B will be available for download by Registering on the website of Centralized Processing Cell (TDS) www.tdscpc.gov.in.

                Issuance of TDS Certificates in Form 16B downloaded from TRACES:
                It is mandatory for all buyers to issue TDS certificates after generating and downloading the same from TRACES, "TDS Reconciliation Analysis and Correction Enabling System"(www.tdscpc.gov.in). The TDS Certificates downloaded only from TRACES Portal will hold valid.

                Implications of Non/Late filing of TDS Statements:
                For Buyer of Property: In case of default on account of Non / late filing of Form 26QB, a fee shall be levied u/s 234E of the Act. He shall be liable to pay, by way of fee, a sum of Rs. 200 (two hundred) for every day during which such failure continues. The buyer would also be liable for defaults of Late Deduction, Late Payment and Interest thereon. Penalty under S. 271H may also be levied on him by the Assessing Officer.


                For Seller of Property: Non/ Late filing of Form 26QB results into the TDS Credit not being available to the seller for claiming the amount of tax already deducted from the payments made.

                I had bought a property of value above Rs. 50 lacs in November, 2015 . I had instructed my Accountant to deduct the DTS from payment of Seller @ 1% of Property value . Later came to know that,
                1. Sellers were a couple - Husband & wife, not single, where as the full amount was deducted of the Husband ( Not 50-50%)
                2. The TDS was deducted in FY[protected] and not[protected] .

                As amount was paid on line, against same 26 QS Challan, and seller was paid rest of the Money, we moved to our CA, who advised us to get the same corrected from Income tax Circle office, who did not bother to help us . Finally a written application, with set of 26 QS Challan, Copy of Registration / sell deed, along with PAN Card copies, along with a undertaking, that this mistake has happened, while deducting the tax online happened, was submitted at ITO's office, with a stamped receipt by the ITO office, that their office have been duly informed received .

                Please let m know, if I am supposed to have a notice, with demand and penality on non filling of TDS return as well as non payment of TDS against the same transaction made ?

                If yes, what further action I need to take on same .
                My case is very similar to this, I have bought property in Thane.
                I have no clue why should i pay the amount of 2 lacs for having no knowledge of any such laws. This should have been mandated by Registrar while registering the agreement, as it had all details. Can you please help me understand how this was settled finally? Did I-T department waived it considering my seller already paid all due taxes (excpet filing 26QB).

                I am into a similar situation and the builder notified that TDS deduction was not required. This should not have been put at the headache of customers like us as this is not fair. There has to be a way at Registrar or other means to let know the customers on this.

                Please let know if anyone is planning to take it at a higher level with the concerned authorities.
                I deposited 1% TDS to sellers PAN account online after filing 26QB on 24th of July. I have got acknowledgement receipt online. The payment has been debited from my account. Till today 27th night, it is not reflecting in the 26AS of mine or seller. Also when I tried to generate 16B though traces, it shows error in challan number. I checked everything on challan is correct. The same time half of the payment was made from other PAN of my mother(as its a joint holder buying), its getting reflected in both buyer & seller account. My registry has got stuck, don't know what to do. Seller is adamant that unless its reflected in his 26AS, will not do registry. Kindly advice.

                                    Honorable Jury,
                                    this is to bring to your notice that, My father " Abdullah Shareef aged 76 Yrs.', supposed to get his TDS amount FYI 2007-08/ 2008-09 /2009-10, his PAN number is ACXPA7073Q.
                                    he supposed to get the TDS amount back since he does not come under the tax bracket.

                                    we have made several visited IT Vellore office several times and even met Commissioner and other offices who are in charge for processing the amount during his life.

                                    he expired 3 months back and I keep calling IT officers, I don't get the response.

                                    he was a LIC agent during his life was in Vaniyambadi (NA DT )and later he retired from the business due to ill health and I shifted him to Bangalore for better treatment.
                                    we was getting all the TDS amount correctly till 2006.

                                    kindly help and if you need more info I will get all the required document.

                                      Provided single document "PASSPORT" for age proof, address proof and DOB proof.. But still not sure why PAN number / card is not dispatched or visible on Portals.


                                      I have not recieved any update / status on my PAN application... even after following up and lodging complaints at

                                      1. [email][protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in[/email]
                                      2. following on toll free income tax dept (always gets response wait for next 4 days ... like automated telephone response from the customer support employees)
                                      3. loged greivenace on [url=http://incometax.sparshindia.com/pan/PAN.asp?id=2]Sparsh[/url] ---- status says feedback "MANTRI STERLING" ---- only Income tax official can understand this code...
                                      4. grievenace filed on [url]https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack[/url] - Pan status always says "Your application is under process at Income Tax Department."...

                                      Not sure whom should I approach for further action... Director of Income tax dept?? Finance minister ??? RBI governor?? Since I have blocked to do any transactions with Bank
                                      to claim ancestor properties / deposits.

                                      After 4 days of lodging complaint reached out today Feb 15th 2016 and got to know that I need to write Email to get to know the status / PAN details via Email.

                                                      myself dr. Sudesh chaudhary reader in dept of prosthodontics worked  in nanded rural dental college and hospital, pangri, nanded from 08/03/2014 to 07/05/2015. I ask for form 16 but college refused to give me. 

                                              also for joining to new dental college, they ask for form 16 along with the other certificate. So i complaint regarding the same.

                                        Here with this complaint i attach copy of appointment order and reliving order.
