India Cakes — refund not done

This is in regards to indiacakes (http://www.indiacakes.com).i had placed order for cake on march 5th 2015 for 1750 rupees to be delivered on 7th march 2015. Order was not delivered and when i request for refund there is no response over call, mail and online chat.please do the needful in getting my refund amount and take appropriate action against cheating customers.
