Now on 29june 2020 it reached kolkata ph and item dispatched on the same day since then its 10days no updates
. Even don't got parcel, its very important please help me

Thank you indian post for resolving my complaint .After i registered a complaint I can see that the status update of tracking the parcel has updated and reached half the way . Before it was only showing it dispatched from coimbatore, now it is dispatched from kochi .

This is hemnath from chennai. I need to receive a parcel bearing consignment no. "cg[protected]in" from gujarat which was booked on 12th june 2020 from gopalpuri s. O, kutch district, gujarat - 370240 to melakottaiyur s. O, chennai, tamil nadu - 600127. Today the date is 07th july 2020, but still not received the parcel. When i tried to track the parcel, the last update was on 13th june 2020. After that no update has been provided in inida post website. Also the online complaint forum server is down for india post. I kindly request you to update me with the status of the parcel and take necessary actions to speed up the process of india post and deliver me the parcel. Expecting to hear from you soon.

Initially i registered a complaint here as well as in INDIA POST website (https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/TrackComplaintStatus.aspx) Before complaint the tracking status was not updated. But after registering my complaint, I got my post delivered 2 days from the date of complaint. The company did not mail me or call me.

Hi!

I have been trying to receive a parcel vis indian postal service (Speedpost) (Ee[protected]in) containing tibetan herbal medicine from dr. Kelsang, mcleod ganj for cancer treatment. It's extremely urgent.

The tracking status showed despatched
At air lgbi ap tmo on 1st july. Today is 6th july and still there is no change in the status.

When will i receive my medicines? It's a matter of life and death. It's just a 10hours journey by road from guwahati to north lakhimpur in case airlines are not operating.

I request that promt action is taken to deliver the medicines asap.

I ordered baby carrier from kidsroom. De, it was shipped by dhl paket with international tracking number # ca[protected]de. The package was received by mumbai foreign post office on 18th june 2020 and since then i have tried to reach out to them over phone with no luck. I don't think the contact numbers given are attended by anyone.

I registered a complaint on the website on 30th june 2020 with reference number # [protected], again with no communication from post office.

I also tried reaching some contacts they have for public grievances, however, even they don't pick up the phone to answer.

Strangely, i live in bangalore and now it is very difficult for me to reach anyone in mumbai to understand the status of my package.
