Dear sir,

I have ordered apu pc engine firewall router for personal use on 9th december 2019 from pc engines gmbh switzerland and this is not banned item in india. The nl post courier accepted the parcel and reached to india post - mumbai foreign post office and the status is 'custom hold' for 2 weeks. The tracking number for the nlpost is 'rr[protected]nl'. I dont know whom to contact for this shipping and clearance from the customs.
Please do the needful.

    My pan card have been delivered show in speedpost detials but i have not get any pan card.
    If it will continuesly than i cased to in this matter. Because delivered successfully but i can not get any pan card so do action as earlier as possible.

      document sent from kolkata to canada via speed post (india post) stuck in canada customs with no update for last 10 days

      I had sent a speed post via india post (Charges - rs. 1392) from kolkata (Park street po) to canada (Toronto) - wes canada. It was booked on 16th dec from park street po and supposedly sent on 20th dec. But after that i have not got any updates regarding this. It looks like to be stuck in customs because canada post have not received it, they confirmed.

      I called india post and told them this issue & they could not help me,...

      It is a deep concern to the people due to negligence of a speed post India . My parcel isn't delivered to me for a insufficient address.Indian post didn't update the tracking on time and now they updated, they already sent it in different city.         Sir i gave my permanent license - driving test in rto nagole, hyderabad on 19th october, 2019. On checking the dl status online the following detail appears:
        Application no: ts009/157598/2019/l
        License/ registration no: ts[protected]
        Present status: application is approved on 19/10/2019
        Card printed: yes
        Card printed date: 21/10/2019
        Card dispatched yes
        Card dispatched date: 22/10/2019
        Ems number en[protected]in

        However, till now i have not received my driving license (Dl). I request you to help me get my dl document and also let me know if anything needs to be done from my end.

          slow speed of speed post

          They call it speed post but it is taking weeks to deliver. My parcel no rb[protected]sg was dispatched from kolkata foreign lcao on 20th of december and has not reached new delhi dimc till date. It is more than a week now. I know that i will get it one day but my complaint is that name speed post does not suit them. If air category parcel took so long what about the surface parcels. How you are harrasing people of my country is very frustrating...

          My package has been stuck since december 16, 2019 at air lgbi tmo,
          Assam and today is already 27th dec.2019. It's to be delivered to manipur. (Booked on 10th dec.2019-ahmedabad-amazon)

          India post is reliable in my opinion coz all my other previous packages were delivered on time and without fail and difficulties.

          I hope it is resolved soon and thanking you, always.

            My order from e-commerce site is hold since a month i got a latter from customs office & replied for same but still no action is take
            I ordered product is only a dc supply for induction cooker (Shegadi) for using in my home for electronic cooker.
            Tracking id - rv[protected]cn
            It's in hold since 2 december
            I got a letter from custom department at[protected]
            I replied next day with the speed post attached with invoice, transaction details, product details with it with the application request to provide me earlier at nearest post office & i am ready to pay custom tax on it if it is applicable.

                I have sent a speed post on 17/12/2019 bearing consignment number eu[protected]in from syyed nagar post office kanpur to portblair ho. Since 21/12/2019 there is no update regarding my speed post. On tracking it is showing it has dispatched from kol ap tmo. It is an important letter to be sent to the destination address. Kindly delivere it to the given address and update me through tracking status.

                  I had purchased some item online through inspireuplift.com. Subsequent to order placement, the items were despatched on 04 dec 2019 from singapore post by air. Next location is stated as mumbai airport sorting office vide status information in indiapost website. Below is given my tracker ref. Id: rf[protected]sg.
                  Contacted seller for confirmation of despact and it was confirmed that items were indeed despatched. However till today items have not yet got delivered to my address. I feel very sad and unhappy for it. Please help to expedite delivery.

                            As i tracked my parcel (Tracking code: rb[protected]sg) which contains small consumer electronic thing worths $9,

                            I came to know it was held by customs on 14th december.
                            After 2 days (16th december), the tracking showed as retained by border security for u.
                            Yet there is no further information.
                            May i know the status of my parcel?

                            My parcel got cleared from.customs, but i have to pay 42% custome fees for a 50$ headphone. I am not sure about the custom.fees anyway.

                              This is my order tracking number rb[protected]sg. I have ordered from aliexpress and i am still waiting for the status. It’s been a while and since last 5 days no updates have been given or posted. I want to know the details when it’s going to be delivered. When ever i log in it only states that the package is in chennai airport sorting facility and i have received no updates from last 5 days.

                                My parcel containing transcripts, addressed to WES Canada for ECA is stuck at Chennai airport sorting office since past three weeks. Its important for this parcel to be delivered on time.
                                The message shows item bagged at Chennai airport sorting office, it has been in this status from past 3 weeks now.
                                There is no update form India post as well.
                                Would reallu appreciate if someone could help me out in this case.
