I've sent 4 parcels around 15kgs each, containing important books from dwarka sector 6 delhi to imphal via registered parcel. I was told by the office people that it'll take around 10 days to be delivered. Hence i decided to go for this instead of speed post. It's been a month already and even on tracking, the details seems to be frozen or not updated. Tracking nos. Are as follows cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in. I've even registered a complaint online but no response there either. Kindly look into the matter as i urgently need my books.

The parcels were delivered on 10th Jan, so it took a month. Guess I won't be using this service anymore in the future. To avoid all these hassles, I suggest you all to opt for a reputed private courier service.

    I (In hyderabad) am supposed to receive a consignment with tracking id: ex[protected]in.
    When i tried to track its status using the above id, it is showing that the post is already delivered to some other place (Puthur bo). Could you please let me know if the parcel is really delivered to the wrong place or its just the tracking website that is showing incorrect status?

      I sent my parcel through speed post on 2nd Jan, 2019 from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi to Dapodi, Pune. It has yet to reach its destination, even though the India Post website says that Speed Posts take 4-5 days. Nor has the status of the consignment been updated on their website's "Track Consignment" section. They have not even updated the status of my online complaint made on 8th Jan, 2019. I called them on their helpline on the 9th of Jan, yet they could not help me out, stating that the status has not been updated on the webiste, which I was complaining to them about in the first place.

        Hello sir!
        This is complaint about postmaster of our area. I applied a pan card before one month so pan came at my branch post office but postmaster returned my pan and he gave reason of return"there was not available at this home address" while 24 hour all person available at my home. He never come at my home and he did not inform me about this while he has my phone number. It complaint not only for me but all villagers he is a teacher also and postman, he never comes in village or home if anyone knew about his letter then go to post office and collect, he tells to that man about all letter of his villagers then he inform or not to everyone in village.

        I order a online parcel so it reached at our branch post office but he did not inform or deliver to home but i tracked my parcel & i went p. O., it was an advance payment with included delivery charges but postmaster take 100 rupees on every letter or parcel for giving and not at home if we go there but still he take charges why?

        It is two time his careless for me but he does always for everyone and postmaster never comes at home and never inform us. He do duel duty a teacher and postmaster. Thanks

          My artical is not delivered and i am can't find any detail by online tracking after 2/1/19, last detail finding of article dispatched to nsh lucknow 2/1/19, but it's not deleverd to my address.               A speed post vide ek[protected]in on 22\12\18 from yehlanka bangalore till 3\1\19 it was held up in ndelhi nsh. After lodging 4 complaints on 7\1\19 it showed to be held up in chd. Nsh from 24\12\18 but not being delivered to addressee m. Supdt. Pgi nehru hospital till date is 7 th january one extremely fails to understand this kind of nuesence from such a postal dept. Please deliver since item contains my medical claim cash memos worth more than 3lacs of rupees.

              Why postal department is keeping the booked materials vide no EK[protected]IN booked 201218 in NDelhi NSH since 22 12 & then held up in CHD. NSH since 24119 & Not being delivered to the M.Supdt PGI NEHRU HOSPITAL till 8119 as per tracking records available online please get it delivered IMMEDEATELY..

                          I have a parcel which is posted through india post on dec 15 th 2018, from greater noida to nagarkurnool (Telangana), from then it traveled to ghaziabad on 16 th dec 2018 and then baged to bangalore but there was no update of my parcel till now... I have a lot of medicalbooks which i really need in that parcel nearly 16 kgs. I have loged a complaint against it but yet it is in the pending state, please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  I went to memnagar post office at 3-00 pm on[protected] for filling my passbook. Then the memngar employee did not fill out my passbooks.
                                  They given the wrong reason that your computer and printing machine is closed. This time your computer and printer was on.

                                  That time two employees was in post office. One employee was silent. The second offender employee answered with a flying blow to me. Their attitude was bed. If i want to do a complaint for them, then they was tell me for complaint.

                                  You will up check this matters and find out offender employee, take the action with offender employee. Please you clarification my below 5 (Five) points.

                                  Points:-

                                  (1) the offender employee of memnagar post you will send it my house for filling my passbook.

                                  (2) i will my passbook fill with another post office?

                                  (3) you can my another post make a new passbook after my passbook is full?

                                  (4) what is working time the daily offices of the post office for the public?

                                  (5) compensation of rs.2000 for torture physical, mental, economic.

                                  Note-i will give to you another points

                                  Please look in to the matters and take actions against offender employee.

                                  (4) What is working time the daily offices of the Post office for the public?

                                  (5) Compensation of Rs.2000 for torture physical, mental, economic.

                                    I request you that it is very important document which i have need it very fast because this delay creates many problems in my foreign study. I post my document to the university canada west, canada by speed post from punjab technical university post office on 1st december 2018. L check the status by this tracking number rp[protected]in of this document where it reaches. It shows information till 4 december by showing insert into bag (Otb). After this, there is no any addition in the detail and my document is not reached at final destination. I wait for fully one month but now it becomes big issue for me. So, for it, i request to you please take the action quickly. So that i can continue my study regularly. It is the humble request to you.

                                        I Bhaskar Dhame was applied to Bhigwan station post (413130) office for duplicate passbook of SSA(sukanya samriddhi account) account no[protected]old) dtd 8th november 2018. but still not fulfill my requirement from post office department as per their commitment since long time. and i unable to deposit cash in that account without passbook.
