Unethical behaviour of the present post master at malkajgiri post office. He is making every effort to discourage customers, not to present cheques, for payment of rd or opening of new account. He is insisting on cash transactions. Very much against the policies of the government of india. He is asking customers, to meet him or his contact person, at non office timings. He refuses to do printing of passbooks. Gives any number of reasons, for delays. Appears to be very commercial, even though he is on the payrolls of the central government.

An atm card being sent to my address by sbi-asansol branch on 08.01.2019 speed post no. Ja[protected]in, sms received. But not being delivered by my local post office, tracking shows "refused & returned". While i was alert for the matter after getting sms from sbi. The radhanagar road sub post office is not active at all regarding their duty & responsibility.in many cases it is proved. Please look into the matter so that every one of the locality could get the services without pain. The dealing man of the post office is very rough & rude busy with personal interest.

My courier (Tracking no# rh[protected]cn) stuck with delhi international mail centre (Dimc) since 10th january, 2019 and dimc has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows i was not available during delivery but the fact is that india post has not even called me once regarding the delivery of my packet. Its been almost 2 months since the packet reached india via china post but to no avail... Totally disappointed...

Amazon india dispatched my product from tilak nagar on 16 january 2019 bearing awb no er[protected]in. It reached same day that is on 16 january 2019 to nsh delhi. From past 7 days indiapost.gov.in is displaying same status. Snap attached. Which means that product is stuck at nsh delhi from past 7 days. Please help in delivering of same. I need this product immediately.

The referenced registered post was received by managed post office on 5th january 2019 ref # 'rl[protected]in'

The registered post was addressed to anz bank, sydney nsw, australia.

The web tracking system was last updated on 11th january 2019, with the last status as at "chennai airport sorting office" and no further update after the 11th of january 2019.

Kindly provide the current status of the registered post as the document in the registered post is very important to me.

Please help me in this regard. Amazon india has dispatched my order from tilak nagar delhi on 16 january 2019. Same day it reached nsh delhi. Delivery of same product was expected by 20 of january 2019. Unfortunately today on 22nd of january 2019 india post tracking website shows same status of 16 january 2019. Which means that product is stuck at nsh delhi. Please help.

Your website says it was delivered to my local post office but the people here says they have not received it and they even don’t have the basic manners to talk to customers. This is rahul. I found that the parcels which are untraceable are not delivering to me. Also found that the parcels which are useful to me are not delivering me from last few months, either it gets stolen by india post employees or something else which are a very bad outcome of the india post. The parcels which i have received is found opened and sometimes, just a empty packet.

Please take action to such employees, and send me my parcels as soon as possible.

The parcel with tracking number rb[protected]sg received by ballabgarh so in dated[protected] at 9:34 hr. And same was sent for out for delivery on dated[protected] at 15:03 hr by ballabgarh so but after 2 hour of this they didn't sent my parcel with the remarks of insufficient address. But my address was properly written on the parcel. Even i personally visited the ballabgarh post to collect my parcel, but staff at there was very rudely behaved with me and denied to help me in any kind. So i request you to please look in this matter please and help me to get my parcel.

Someone sent me a parcel and its in custom from long time why its just a parcel and i am willing to pay customs fees whatever the cost, it already delayed please release my parcel to my address, not happy with indian post, i thought its indian post but i realize i did big mistake by ordering it from indian post, still i have some hope on indian post please release my parcel...

I have submitted a speed post parcel on 18 dec 2018. Its consignment number is en[protected]in. Its been a month but parcel is not delivered. I have even lodged complaint for the same. Reference number is :[protected]. It is still in pending state.
Neither it is delivered to the destination nor it is returned to my address.

The staff looking after mis section in sanjay nagar post office, bangalore, karnataka shouted at me for not getting my passbook postings regularly. From past four months whenever i visited post office for entries in my passbook, they returned me back saying that server is not working. Today when i went get my passbook updated, the staff as well as the postmaster incharge shouted at me saying that i shouted get my passbook updated regularly. When i told them that they themselves returned me saying that server is not working, they refused to listen. Being a retired employee and having health issues, they made me wait unnecessarily. Pl take proper action against the head post master and the staff looking after mis section. They were rude and not polite.

I have sent a document through india post to us having tracking number eo[protected]in since 10 days have been past it has not been delivered kindly expediate the shipment. It been harassing service given by so hyped goverment india post they should bring more efficient in their delivery system than advertising. As goverment organisitaton people have faith on you but due lack of cooperation and illict manner people are losing trust in such organisation. I hope you will take prompt action help me.
