I have sent a speed post (ew84564433in)on 29th June to Ranchi.But after dispatching to NSH Ranchi on 30 th June the delivery report of the letter is still not availvable.I have complained (complain number [protected]) but do not get any reply.I have also mailed Ranchi H.O and Belgharia H.O but they did not take any action.

I have bought a shoe from myntra and it was sent through India post. When I tracked the shipment I found that the shipment is further shipped to kottayam from kochi. I live in ernakulam dist. My house is in kottamam near to kalady. You have further shipped to kottayam instead of kottamam. Please make sure that people get their shipments correctly. .

I am Bhadrak, Odisha i am unable to understand why my product have gone to Balasore where as Bhadrak is in between Bhubanswar and Balasore. Sir/ Madam I have constructed a house in a newly formed layout at No- 4, Sunrise Layout, Begur Koppa Road, Beside Candor International School HULLAHALLI, Bangalore 560 083 and informed my postal address to the WEEK published by Malayala Manorama co ltd. Kottyam Kerala on 31st March 2015, But so far, I have not received even a single copy of it, (out of twelve copies) in last three months.I phoned to Malayala Manorama co ltd. Kottyam Kerala who told me that they regularly dispatch my copies on available postal address. Then I went Gotigere post office under whose postal jurisdiction this pin number comes, who directed me to contact Bannerghatta Post office, when I went there they directed me to contact Sakalwara post office, when I went to Sakkalwara post office they again directed me to contact Jigani post office, I went to Jigani post Office they directed me contact Hullimangala post office, again I contacted to Hullimangalla post office they say this area is not coming under Hullimangala post office juridisction hence I should contact Sakkalwara post office. Now I am in puzzle that under which postal jurisdiction this area is belonging and what happened to my WEEK's copies? Please Inform me so that I can circulate my correct postal address to get my important letters.

I have booked one parcel on 20-june-2015 throw speed post my parcel id is-ad[protected]in but i have not receieved my parcel yet.

1. Tracking id- CL[protected]IN. 2. Booked on 19/06/015. To Ascomp Inc, Mayapuri ( From Pala Head PO ) 3. Address is 100% ok since I send the item two times succesfully through india-post 4. Now its 12 days but no information available. Dont know whether it delivered or lost or where is the item. 5. The item was shipped to the company named ascomp.inc delhi for refund since the product is inappropriate for me. The item cost 8000rs. The refund amount was 5000rs. I could show my e-mail if you need proof 6. It was expected to deliver within 4-5 days of time as promised by the person at the counter. Previously I send it through speedpost but the employee at the counter convinced me no need to send it through speedpost. So I send it as normal parcel. Previously it cost around 500rs but this time it was only 148rs. I asked twice or thrice about the price difference but the person at the counter said no problem in sending as normal parcel and it will deliver without any problem 7. Now no information available. I lost my product and my refund too. I contacted the Head PO but they are refusing to do anything saying they cannot do anything on this issue. I need to solve it my own by filing a complaint. I dont know where to complain. I made a complaint at the India-Post website. It registered -[protected]. But after that no information about the complaint too!!! My SHipment no: CP[protected]IN, SHipped on 24th June 2015 retuned back to me on 2nd July 2015 without any note or reason form the Postal Authorities. The shipment reached the destination city - PUNE, . There was no attempt to Deliver it and then without providing a a Reason whatsoever, It was returned back to me at Phagwara -144401.

Kindly accept this complaint and help me out here, as i have wasted shipment charges and valuable time for the shipment.

Sir, I would like to inform you that My important document sent by icici bank from mumbai on first week of june15 through speed post being no.is ED[protected]IN but have not recd. the same till now, if have ask to post man (Bhupender) answer is that is delivered. while he has deliver the same to same name of person. not me. so please do the needful. PO never issue any kind of COUNTER PAY SLIPS to its customer for any transactions be it Cash or Transfer from one account to another account which create many confusion and tensions so long the Final Documents are not received before 15-10 daqs. Like any other Banks they also must issue Counter Folios to customer with seal and signature as proof. PO take Self Cheque for cash withdrawal with signature on the back of cheque to open new account of various scheme such as MIS 5 yrs. plane etc.without issuing and counter acknowledgement before issuing Final documents of the scheme is handed over after 15-20 days.

On[protected] at around 4-20 P.M., I went to Head Post Office of Pulivendula town 516 390 for sending speed post to AFC, Visakhapatnam city, but the employee of speed post counter didn't receive the cover/parcel on the pretext that counter has been closed and the postal bag was tied. I pleaded the employee to send speed post, but he paid deaf ear and never bothered to do his legitimate duties. But it was mentioned in citizen charter that, speed post, VPP etc, would entertain till 5-45 P.M., on Monday to Friday. The entire episode is covered in CC camera available in the post office.

At working time I am in office .I can not take leave for every single documents .I really unsatisfied with post service. every time my documents send return and give easy reason ( Address Not Found). dears, my internationationl speed post was sent on 17th June 2015 from Belgium and its reached mumber office on 24th June and the current status is "25/06/2015 03:02:37 MUMBAI (CRC) Bag Despatched to ANNA ROAD SORTING C (CRC)" and no futher updates. my destination place Chennai, Tamilnadu. please help me to know the current the current status and the tentative date to reach my destibation place Chennai.

Nedungadappally Karukachal thaluk 686545 pin code kottayam district Kerala I need to file a complaint against my postwoman.She is not delivering my phone bills since an year. I have called my phone customer care unit but they told they have sent all the bills. I asked about this to my postwoman 8 months before. She told she used to deliver our letters to one of our distant relatives house. I really could not understand why she told like that. Then I asked her to bring next coming bills to our home itself. But again the samething she is repeating. Untill now we havnt received anybof those bills

I am very sorry to say that Postman did not visit at our above mentioned house to deliver the above subject speed-post against his claim as per tracking, Delivery Attempted: Missent on 23rd & 24 th June 2015, I dialed[protected] several times to contact postmaster at Rohini Sector-7 but no one picked the phone. When I checked the status Of the same on speed Post the tracking Site the last update is given on date 19th June after then there is no update So I request you to pls help and to get this letter deliver to me.

i done sppedpost in nearist post office in my town, after one days i tracing sppedpost on indipost portal the speedpost consignment tell wrog . i go to office they told me that i dispatched ur sppedpost but my sppedpost do not reach destination( noida).i compliant in indiapost portal but not give me right answer. contact no. of post office are invailid. my sppedpost item no. is ER[protected]IN . so solve it.
