I the Mr. Rajan Balkrishna Gawde, residing at 405, Marigold, jeevan Lifestyle, Shirgaon.badalapur east, with my Family, family includes my 2 daughters and a wife, My elder daughter MS. Mayuri Rajan Gawde she has passed 10th Standard from Maharashtra board in March 2016, She availed 75.20%. as per online procedure I had taken admission for Assessment Year 16-17 at M/S Jondhale College, Dombivali west for Science for 11th std,
As a new field of syllabus I had taken admission for private coaching academy name as “ Brainwaves Science Academy” Badalapur West, At the time of admission we had convey the timing & Name of college, They kept 2 option of package 1) 135000/- as special batch for 11th 12th with NEET/CET syllabus, special batch include personal attention on students by Owner of academy Mr. Sunil Peshane will personally teach all subjects 2) 95000/- as normal batch for 11th 12th NEET/CET, They have committed evening batch due to college timings. I had chosen special batch for my daughter’s bright future.
At the time of Admission I had paid Rs2000/- as admission fee and after 1 month I had paid 13000/- I had received a receipt for the same, after few days admin of academy asked my daughter to skip college and come for lecture at academy. Because we have to arrange batch as per the majority of students. The time of admission they had committed batch of 6 pm, But I had not allowed my daughter to skip college, Whatever the portion my daughter missed during this period they had completed in lower time which my daughter doesn’t captured, My daughter failed in physics in 1 st unit as well as 1 st semester.& 2nd Unit Test
When I met academy admin they said pl don’t considered college marks, will take care of her portion, asked your daughter to attend academy as regular basis (College timings batch), If you have any difficulty with college kindly change her college and approach G.R.Patil college, Badalapur, We already spoken to them there is no need to attend college every day, our other student also agreed for the same,
I shocked when I heard this, govt has stop offline admissions, and this people started braking all rules and regulation of education with open and transparently,
In December 2016 academy admin says 11th syllabus is completed and will start 12th syllabus in January 1st week. Here I don’t understand from 25th July2016 to December 2016 (5 months) they have completed 11th portion, but my daughter is still on the same position, during 5 months Diwali vacation & Christmases . Days lectures not conducted
NEET/CET lectures are not conducted during this period, as my daughter said only 4 lectures of Biology has taken and no practical lectures at laboratory conducted, Now since January 2017 I had stop my daughter to attend this type of classes. I do not spoil my daughter’s future education.
After that academy administration regularly asked for payment which I said them I m only paying 5 months fees as per normal batch. Which they refused and sent me a legal notice, they have asked for entire assessment which I am not able to pay
On dated 23rd May 2017 they called me for negotiation they demand as per special batch for Rs.13750/-(Balance Amount) which I am able to pay 3750/-(Balance Payment) as per normal batch as my daughter attend class for 5 months.
Pl let me Advice what to do in such a case

So normally it is seen that 15-20% bags are refusedto be carried by Airlines & thus those bags need to be sent by surface transport which causes delay to the articles.Pleasr refer to our disclaimers policy that in such cases we may not provide time bound services(delivery) to the recipient if any such untowards incidence happens.Thanks for bearing with us.We always try to provide the best of our services.
