Sir,

I had money order rs. 2000/- thru your indiapost form kuttalam east (609801), kuttalam, tamilnadu,
Gpo - 609801, on dated 17/09/2018.

But till time about after 2 month these amount not reached to my
Realitive. Pnr no is[protected].

I have also complaint for post office website on 23.10.18, till now not response to post office, complaint no. [protected]

Please solve this matter as soon as possible.

My post is not reached it has been posted on 27/11/2018. It is also not tracking due to not updated on website

The documents were extremely important and has to be reached to the destination as early as it can.

I have submitted a complaint to the Post office Pushpa Bhawan SO on dt 08.11.2018 but neither amount of money order returned nor any reply given to me till today

Kindly take it urgent basis
