I am Oindrila Aich Majumdar, daughter-in-law of Anita Roy who is DOP agent of Balidewanganj Sub Post Office, Bali, Hooghly, 712616, Block- Goghat 1, West Bengal. I have complain regarding the sub postmaster of the post office, Post master name is Prabhat Bhattacharjee phoe number is [protected]. She is working for long time, but during some emergency she came down to Bangalore. She has few customer for recurring deposit. So she asked to postmaster, what to do? But sub postmaster did not co-operate. Now she gave responsibility to some person because she did not have any choice; now he is complaining. But there have multiple agents who are not working; their husbands are working. My question is how in one employee id different persons can work.

How their husband is working?? This postmaster are charging money to submit the RD deposits from agents. Is govt is not paying them enough? They are begging to agents.

My parents sent a parcel in which half of the items are missing! India post is the most unreliable source of sending good to your family. All the new clothes with tags are stolen, the clothes that i have purchased for my nephews and nieces are missing. These people are real robbers

The parcel was sent from hisar to bangalore
And post person called to come and collect the same they did not even come to give.

Documents to wes, canada sent through india post with tracking ref: rt[protected]in and rt[protected]in on 16 december 2019 is still not delivered and status online in their website shows item bagged and then no update. Have registered 2 complaints in india post website and both are still unanswered. I have contacted the coimbatore branch post office and they informed that tracking is only available till chennai post office and from then on i should get updates only from the receiver and they have no update on the status of post. Kindly help to obtain a status of my documents.

I have provided my full address with pin and two mobile numbers. I use the same address for courier service as well and courier service never had a problem with that address.

But india post says that this is the insufficient address and didn't call once to the receiver or me. I was regularly checking the status on their site by consignment number provided by them and on 3rd jan 2020 it reached agra head office and 4th jan 2020 i'm seeing that it is returned because of insufficient address. I was expecting a call and a out for delivery status as shown in their website but i didn't get any.

Please deliver it as soon as possible, its really urgent.

I have booked a speed post for my certificates on 7th december 2019, which are to be delivered to wes (Canada).
And till today its not delivered, its been 25 days. As per india post norms a speed post must be delivered in 5-6 days and when i call to the customer support they just enter my tracking number and inform the same status which i can check at my end too. They have no escalation matrix, they cannot connect to their higher officials. They have no update on their application.

Hello sir,
I had sent one parcel using registered post no. Rh[protected]in from india post office mdu university rohtak on 14 nov 2019. The parcel is still showing bagged at delhi airport and status is not updated since two months. The parcel is not delivered to the destination. The complaint was raised for the same which is still pending. Complaint number is [protected]. Could you please look into the matter at earliest.

My item was supposed to be delivered on 03/01/2020. When i checked on website, the status showed as out for delivery. Though the whole day i waited, nobody called me. At evening i called the postman after getting his nunber from post office. He said in case of passport he will not call and will deliver the next once i remind him by calling him next day. What kind of professionalism is this where the recipient has to do so much to get item delivered?

Pathetic service by the staff. When we asked about certain doubt regarding the posts the staff replied very rudely telling don't imagine somewhere while telling. I was listening to her but didn't understand what she was telling . Her reply was very rude to customer . If possible do improve on customer service as many elderly people also come there frequently.

Sir me pichle do din se (Etmadpur post office pin code-:283202) me visit kr rha hu cash deposite karne ke liye but waha ke jo (babu) Mr.Rishi Jaiswal ji jo h wo apni sheet pe 11am tak bhi present nahi hote aur kabhi der wait karne ke baad sahab aate h to bolte h ki server down h aur late aane ke liye bolo to sahab bolte h ki mera working time sham 5pm se start hota h, es wajah se bhut saare customers ko problem face karni pad rahi h.so please do some thing,

I had sent a parcel via India post on 28/12/2019 from Indore to Bengaluru, which is showing delivered (on 30/12/2019) in the tracking page, but it has not been delivered to the address that I provided. I do not know where the parcel has been delivered. I checked with my friend to whom the parcel was sent. She has not received it and it is 01/01/2020 now. My consignment number is EI[protected]IN. The parcel contained Rs. 2000 worth of stuff. I would like a refund of the entire amount plus the courier charges of Rs. 188. Please advise me with the resolution for the case.

My parcel from China arrived in Chennai on 4th December 2019 and was dispatched to Bangalore the same day but there has been no further update .

I sent an urgent legal letter for registration formalities from uk through royal mail. The item was posted on 19th dec and item reached mumbai sorting office on 23rd dec. From there no updates posted in india post tracking site for the consignment number rz[protected]gb. Upon enquiring in the customer care number it is reported as the item is not reached chennai yet though the tracking states on 23rd dec item is dispatched to chennai.

As this is urgent and please release the consignment with priority and help with quick delivery

Package stuck in chennai (Madars) around 20 days with status "chennai (Madars) air, item dispatched". No further movement is detected even after custom clearance.
Package arrived from china to india fast but taking time here to process.
Kindly resolve the issue or notify if any issue with the same.

Duplicate passbooks ([protected] & [protected]) not issued in 4 months (Sent to head post office on 09.09.2019, rn1s2303003in) even after providing gd, kyc, sb41 to howrah ho through b. Garden so. The b. Garden so post master has misbehaved with the senior citizens (Also cerebral attack survivor) customers and always asked to follow up with howrah ho senior post master for this. I, siddhartha biswas, son of the said customers have taken follow up with the howrah dpm2 in this regard and he confirmed that he did not receive the application from the branch (B. Garden so) and advised to re-submit everything. While trying to do so, the b. Garden post master and his senior staff misbehaved with me just because i asked few questions and requested to re-submit my parents' application as done in the first place. He clearly denies to provide service because i asked too many questions and always tried to route me to senior post master of the region for clarification, which is again time consuming and as dpm2 confirmed that would not provide any resolution as the needful to be done from only the branch office. I would like to draw your attention to such incidents and request to take stern actions to such activities of harassment to the senior citizens, delaying services, misbehavior, taking undue advantage of the chair.

Shibu Marandi, my village post man, he is not working properly . Many people are facing difficulties . most of the time he won’t deliver the post to the respective person . in working time he will be drunken and he used to fell down in road side .

I also faced a problem from him, my wife’s adhar card and my brother sbi bank check book is not delivered to my home . Regarding the check book when we enquired with the bank they said that the check book is already send to corresponding address .

Most of the time we need to call the post man and we have to ask him for any post has come to our name .

He is irresponsible person . He is not understanding the importance of his job . how this kind of people are getting such a valuable job ?

Some people shall get job offer letter or some important documents etc if that is not delivered to the right person in right time then what is the use of post office ?

Dear Sir/Madam, Please do the needful for our village and we really need a one responsible post man for our village .
