IndiaCakes.com — Order undelivered & request for refund

Hello,
I am very disappointed with the service and update regarding my order #605336...
I was charged for the order and was for delivery on 10th April but the order is not received at all... when i tried to contact via phone and chat, I didn’t get a proper response even after multiple calls and messages...
I am very much concerned and disappointed & want the refund of my order immediately...
I have few more orders that i am worried about now...
