[protected]@ICICI — amount debited from my bank account but recharge not done | |||||
Hello, My name is chetan kathote. I had done transaction from phonepe app to recharge of rs.72 on my number on 25 july 2017. The transaction was successfull but recharge is not yet done on my number. I contacted to phonepe support team also but they said payment is done to indiaideas so i need to cantact you people. Please tell me why this happened and return my money as soon as possible. The transaction id of phonepe is ici78765a651d4648ad8238a0f22b8d9e9b. The transaction id of [protected]@icici is p1707251836176243045398. I attached screenshots related to transaction and reply of phonepe support team. Please find attachments. This is very embarrasing. Thanks and regards, Chetan kathote. I have recharged my JIO account with the amount of Rs 399 through BHIM interface. The transaction was successful, the amount was debited from my HDFC bank account . Account no.-[protected], IFSC code- HDFC0000486. But my JIO account says that it has not received any payment and the recharge is not successful.

I have made payment to merchant GATE 2018 through UPI. It is showing transaction got completed my amount got deducted but the payment to GOAPS is not done my form is not getting submitted. Please help me as soon as possible.
