I also saw an olx ad where a man on the name of army was selling a Wagner Vehicle no MH 39 U 4728 as price was attractive, i texted him and he gave me his number ([protected]) and olx ad id was [protected].

Then i texted him on whatsapp and he sent me few photos of his Wagner and also advised me that he can send the vehicle through army courier (As he was 210 kms away) for which i will not have to pay any charges. So as i was convinced i told him to process the courier and as told by him i sent my adhar card and photo to him through whatsapp. But as he reached courier centre (As told by him) he asked me to pay rs.1000 through net banking/paytm as security. If dont like the vehicle there will refund my amount. I didnt find this ok so i told he that i will transfer 1000 rs no and total deal amount once i received the vehicle.

He send the photo of indian army transport parcel department without ant docket number. Finally today morning when i check for "indian army transport parcel" i found this as fraud, so i am complaint here.

But siachen glacier 5 Ladakh Scouts posting sos 03 Apr 2005 my DO part II 0/051/0027/2005 orders have not been adjusted (seat roll) of my service document till date. I don't know about the adjustment status of my DO Part II. Why has it not been adjusted till date? Please get my service document's (seat roll) adjusted and check and adjust immediately.

I had searched for PG on MagicBricks and I contacted one of them. The PG rent was 7000 per person. We were two person for booking pg. The PG owner said that to book the PG, I have to pay some amount of 4000, 2000 per person and the rest of the rent I have to pay after visiting. I told him that what's the guarantee that he is true. For confirmation, he send me his Aadhar card, driving Licence. I paid 4000 by trusting on that. I asked for the receipt then he said he will send the receipt but the system is not working. Then at evening I called him for receipt and he gave me the phone number of his PG manager and told me to talk to him. His PG manager told me to send 10, 000, the rest of the amount more because he have to show the transaction of full rent paid. He said that he is a retired sepoy of Indian army and he also send me the canteen smart card. On all the documents, his name was shown as Vikas Patel. I argued very much to allow me but he was making some excuses and forcing me to send 10, 000. If I would not do this, he will block me and the booking will be cancelled. Then, I thought it can be seriously fraud.
He was also trying to threaten me in the name of Indian army that he will block me from the site and I will not be able to book any PG in Delhi. The Address for the PG was in Karol Bagh.

Before 1 month, my father got a call that they needed 1 truck of bricks at the place of the lancer army school for creating a building. So my father told them they will receive their bricks within 3 hours. Later our truck reached there at the gate of lancer army school and my father called them that our truck is there and give them permission to enter the school.

But they said first you have to do a payment of 15000 rupees to enter inside on the given QR code so my father was totally unaware of that and they did the payment and later he again called them for confirmation of payment but they didn't receive the call. This is just the end of the father's story.
But yesterday morning I got a text message on google Maps. I wanted bricks at Lancer army school. Can you give me your contact number? So I blink that maybe this is the same person who did fraud with my father. I gave him my contact number, and we started a conversation. I started to catch them as I don't know anything about them. I said I will send a truck to your place after 2 hours, and later I said I delivered a truck there but it still surprised them, how I delivered a truck there!!!. Between this, they asked me for the truck driver's contact number, so I provided them a number that is currently not working and said to them I tried to call my driver but he is not receiving a call because of network issues. You can also call him and ask where he is now. So he trusted me and later I said I delivered a truck of bricks to the location.

Now about payment...
To them I delivered a truck, so they sent me a QR code(which has attached below). It has written on it like army check 1 rupee canteen amount. they said to me to open it and first, we will do 1 rupee transfer, and later we will pay you the full amount after you got 1 rupee into your account. Later, after scanning the QR code, I got them. This 1 rupee will transfer to their account as I will click on the pay button on the phone, but they will not transfer me 1 rupee. But I didn't transfer them even 1 rupee. I understood them. Here, for more payment, they will do like as I am going to transfer them 1 rupee same thing they are going to do with me in reality for winning my trust. But I didn't transfer them even 1 rupee.
If this could have been done, then they would have said to me to do the same procedure for receiving your next payment of 24000 rupees.
In this case, they will provide me the same QR code with 24000 rupees and they will tell us to do the same, like click on the pay button and you will receive your full payment but this time after receiving the payment they will say goodbye to me.
But I am still in their contact as I am playing with them as I said to them the QR code is not working so let me send my G pay link(but it was actually an IP tracker link) and you will open it and do whatever payment you wanted to do I will provide OTP also lol they are so dumb and they opened my link and I got their details such as their state, SIM CARD, model of the phone and so many other details about which I have attached the screenshot below you can check it. I know these details are not perfectly accurate, but the state and Sim card details are correct.

This is how they are doing fraud. So my request is to catch them as soon as possible.

Got duped my a man named Sandeep Rawat. Saw his ad on facebook about household items. He said pay 2000 before delivery, rest 8000 after delivery. He then gave his delivery boys number (Amit Kumar) who said you have to pay gst amount also. Then next he again calls up and says you have to pay up full amount for clearance. Then next he asks me to pay another sum for late charges which he will give back in cash when he delivers the product. In...

Yesterday i have seen an olx ad of selling bullet. When i contact in the number given he says he was working in indian army.he said that the vehicle will be delivered through indian postal service and request me to send 5150/- for the bill and sends a bill ( attached to the complaint) and today he called me and said that there is a problem of red cross region and said me that to transfer 30000 as advance and he send his army grocery card and adhar card. I sent the amount. Finally he always asked me to send money again i got doubt and when enquired i realised that it was fraud. So sir please help to get my amount 35000/- return.

Man stating from indian army contacted and showed interest in enrolling his daughter to my class. He then called for payment and shared a weird method of payment asking for 1rs.verfification amount and then 2 rupees got credited. It was very convincing. And trust was build due to Indian army profile. Then 4800 the fees amount request was sent and i accepted and paid.. then he started to ask for another round of payment as the moment didn't come back to me I refused. He kept stating his card will get blocked and he is in Jammu Kashmir and forced me to do payment for more amounts. But till then i had sensed the fraud. These people are not scared of getting caught they are pro.

Contact to axis Bank branch but not solved my problem

I saw ad of fridge on quikr. I called person named santosh kumar dixit. He send me photos of fridge. I asked him that we will come and check fridge but he refused and told that normal people are not allowed in the army camp. He told that he will deliver fridge to my home through army courier services, then check it if don't like then return the item to army person. He sent his aadhar card, pan card, army canteen card to me. We agreed on deal and he asked me for payment. He didn't send his account details. he sent me paytm qr code of narayan Pandit(billing person) but unfortunately payment was not done. Then he again send no of niraj kumar and asked me to do phonepe. I sent token amount of 1000 rupees after that he sent me invoice in the name of indian army. Later he called me and given no of delivery boy and told me that you can contact him. I contacted him then he asked to pay 2100 rupees in the name of security clearance. I checked for payment but phonepe no of niraj kumar is blocked because that is fraud account. I sent screenshot and asked him he gave me different answers and send me different accounts no for payment. I suspect this activity and called to santosh kumar dixit then he also gave me different answers. I asked him to deliver the fridge and take full payment otherwise return my token amount. He told me that neeraj kumar goes on round once he will come I will send money. After some time i called him but he didn't picked up call and also didn't gave answers to WhatsApp messages. Please stop this fraud in the name of Indian army. Later I checked that ad on quikr but I didn't find as it was removed. I also attached pan card, aadhar card, army canteen card and other screenshots of account no. Santosh Kumar dixit no is [protected]. Niraj kumar no is [protected]. Delivery boy no is [protected].

I was looking for a second hand scooty in OLX. I saw an ad of Suzuki Access (https://www.olx.in/item/urgent-sell-iid-[protected]) and it had owner's number as [protected]. I called and the person name Raja Krishnappa received the call. He said he is an Indian army officer and on duty in Kempegowda International Airport. Due to his transfer he wants to sell his scooty in urgent. We made a deal in Rs.35000 and he said due to his busy work time he'll deliver the bike to my location and after that I need to pay if I like it. I asked him to meet me on his holidays so I can test the scooty and pay him but he said he stays inside airport authority where I cant get in and he said to trust on him, to trust on an army officer, so I did. According to the description the bike was in very good condition and I agreed for it. He said to pay the transportation charge of Rs.3100 which will be included in 35k, I sent money on [protected] given by him as post office number and in return he sent me a postal receipt of Army Postal Service Department of India and he confirmed that within next 3 hrs I'll receive the bike. After 3 hrs a person called and said that he is the delivery boy from Indian Army ([protected]) where he said that I need to pay the GST amount which is on the receipt, then only he'll have the clearance mail to carry the bike to my location, I sent Rs.9200 as he said. Later on he called and said I need to send 9000 and 200 saperatly, I did. At last he said to pay me remaining Rs.13, 500 because office will be closed by another few mins. So overall I lost Rs.35, 000/- by trusting the name of Indian Army, I put a complaint on cyber crime portal within 24 hours of incident happened. I request to look into this matter and give me justice. Thank you.
