I have been scammed by this man, I have his army canteen card named anil Kumar, and he is scamming the architecture service provider by asking for sending a google pay link and hacking phone SMS notifications. by filing complaints over Paytm and google pay I have been shared his bank details RBI to block his bank account hold his balance.

Recently i got a call from a person names Akshay kumar chennamaneni who is looking for a flat for rent in Visakhapatnam and he told me that he is currently in Indian Army posted as lieutenant in Delhi and will be shifting to Visakhapatnam soon. He told me that he do not want to see the flat physically and he & his wife like the flat pictures. He seems to be in very hurry to book the flat and transfer 1 month advance rent along with Deposit. He also told me that the amount will get transferred from Indian Army account and my senior will talk to you and let you know the process.

Finally I realized it is fraud after checking consumer compliants.

With due respect, I am to say that on 08.10.2022, I have seen an advertisement on the facebook that an Army Official is going on transfer and he is selling households items and given his contact details i.e.[protected]. I have contacted at that number. The true caller has shown his name as LAKSHMI NARAYAN, Location- Orissa, but residing at Port Blair as per his conversation. I have selected to buy a refrigerator and Air Conditioner . Firstly he told me to deposit Rs. 2100/- for refrigerator to the following account number:

Accordingly, I have deposited the said amount to the aforesaid account. Then my wife told me to purchase AC then he told me to deposit Rs. 3500/- and your order will be delivered by the delivery boy namely AMIT KUMAR ([protected]). Lakshmi Narayan has told me to send your address to be delivered the household items. There was a condition that if the items were not in good condition he will return back my money. He has generated a bill which is sent on my whatsapp for amount Rs. 14000/-. I said when I am not going to buy TV why you have generated the amount, he said don't worry sir. if you don't buy the item just ignore it. When I realized that he is a fraud person not residing in Port Blair I have registered the complaint against them to the Supdt. of Police, Cyber Cell, Port Blair (Copy of acknowledgement is enclosed) and SBI Customer Care No. [protected] also.

The SBI Customer Care has registered my complaint vide Case No.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot...⇄ on 9th October, 2022.

The amount has been transferred by me though SBI YONO. I have transferred total amount Rs. 21000/- to the above account No. [protected], IDFC First Bank LTD. Hence, I am requesting yourself to revert back my hard-earned debited amount from the above mentioned account number to my account number at the earliest please.

I got a call on 06/10/2022 by this number on whatsapp +91 [[protected]], claiming to be army personnel, he told me about my property that I have posted on 99acres for rent, he asked me to send some pictures on WhatsApp, I said that i don't have pictures but still he agreed to pay the rent as I have mentioned on 99acres, he sent me Aadhar card and Army canteen card, he said he has been transferred to Bangalore and will resume his duty within a week and would pay the rent and security in advance now itself on google pay, He mentioned that he had to claim HRA and wanted to get the payment done urgently. I was fine. He asked me to send the google pay number and he will go to office insome time and will transfer all the money by today itself. Then he calls the Next day and hands over the call to another person who claims to be the accountant. He asks me to do a 1 Re transaction which then gets reversed back along with a 1 Re payment to me to give me confidence. He then asks me start transferring money in chunks due to limitations on Gpay. I went falling into the trap and ended up transferring 3 lacs until i realized this is a Fraud.
They will share all their Ids just instantly as part of their modus operandi so that you trust them.

A fraud has been committed against me for an amount of 2000/- from a guy from the Indian army stating that he wants to sell his Honda Activa 5g
for 31000/- from OLX .
I paid an initial amount of 2000/- and now they are asking for an additional amount of 9250/-, pressuring me to pay the amount so that the vehicle can be discharged.
I am attaching his identification documents for the same and also the postage slip for the army he used.

This complaint is regarding an unauthorized bank transfer from my account via UPI(Gpay). I have a house at 6/8 3rd Reddy Street, Ekkatuthangal which is left for rent. Mr.Tiwari Shivshankar from Indian Army contacted me to rent our house. I agreed and he told me that he will send the advance amount of Rs 25000. But before he told us to send the amount first for account verification which is army procedure. So an Army Accountant Mr.Akshay Kumar contacte me on 14.08.2022 to send the money so I have sent it through the gpay. He told me again to send so 4 times I have the amount of Rs 25000(Total:Rs 1Lakh) and told it to get reverse by 24 hours but not reversed and I contacted after 24 hours, they told to send again Rs 25000. I didn’t send the money and still, they are saying the same reason. On 20.08.2022 Mr. Tiwari told him he will return the amount but still, we didn’t receive the amount. So I have registered the complaint in SBI complaint Kindly help me to solve the issue and get my money back.

Sir, I JC-191670-F ex Sub Pirthi Singh applied for 64kb ECHS CARD on 05/09/2022 vide Regn No [protected] online. The is required to be verified by BEG RECORDS, KIRKEE. I am a heart patient and requires immediate treatment. But ECHS poly clinic has refused to issue temporary slip for want of service particulars by records. I saw an Ad on facebook for sale of a LED. On contacting the person he said that he works for indian army and shared his Army ID, Aadhar Card and Pan card. This built my turst and i proceeded with the transaction. Later in the name of net banking transaction issue i was told to pay a total of rs 16, 000. I was assured time and again that on deilvery of parcel 8900rs will be paid to me in cash.

I have seek loan from an organization to met my travelling need while attending the SSB interview.
With the hope that i will be getting back my TA but till date i have not received any TA money from the SSB Allahabad Centre.
Yet i recived a text from back that money was transfer to my account but i never got any money and this is pure fraud .
If you don't send me the required amount to my account I'll have to file an official FIR to the concern authorities.
I am really not happy with the fraudulent event and activities that are taking place in the indian army.

Called the seller to know more about the information. The seller stated his name is Ragavendra h J and he is the owner of the Honda Activa scooter with reg no KA 53 HK 4509.

He said I am a commando officer bike is in the postal service pay the amount of 3100 first you will receive the bike tomorrow. Test drive it if not satisfied return the bike your money will get refunded.

Later, 2nd person called as the delivery boy stated from the Indian army and need to pay 9200 for GST and transaction.

I paid him, 9200 as my second transaction, and later on again got the call, demanding for state, paid 9000 and 200 as a separate transaction

I said deliver the bike and collect all money, later on, all mobile goes not answer. I been blocked. No delivery happened

Call me, as I have more details to share, like videos, phone call recordings, and photos.

I got an add on Facebook for sale of house hold materials. and total cost was 60000. house hold material like tv, fridge, washing machine, almirah, bed, julha etc. the add name of amit kumar from CISF. and no. was [protected]. I called on this no, he ready to give all material on 52000. and he asked for token money which was 5000. then he shared the bill copy received of 5000. and then he shared the no. of courier boy. who shared his id card. as well. then courier boy told me to pay 12600.. which i sent him also. then he called me again telling me you pay again 12000 separate and 600 separate. the i dout on farud side and then i said give me the material and then i will give u money the both of them froce me to pay then i denied not responding my call. help me to get the money

He told me that he do not want to see the flat physically and he & his wife like the flat pictures. He seems to be in very hurry to book the flat and transfer 1 month advance rent along with Deposit. He also told me that the amount will get transferred from regiment officer account and my senior (Praveen jhain) will talk to you and let you know the process.
saying its simple process by transferring 1rs and doing big frauds.

also other person name Bablu Kumar did same on same day, where i got doubt and googled them and i found this is kind of fraud.

On 29th August 2022 morning A person named Vikas Patel commened on my facebook post and asked me to contact him in his number for the product price. I texted him on whatsapp and then he asked the price of products and said that he is interested in buying the product he also called me in whatsapp for the quantity and price negotiation after that he Said me that he will do the payment when he reaches to canteen . Then he called me and said me to talk to his senior. I had the conversation with his senior and his senior asked me to open my Gpay account and sent me a QR and asked me to scan the QR and send him 5rs after that when i paid him 5rs then 10rs was credited in my account after that he said me to send 5000rs then i sent the money but no money came back then he said me to send 5600 because the total bill was 10600 so he said that send it in 2 times then your money will be credited. After that he said send 21200 with a note "credit money" but i forgot to write the note and sent the money. So he said mam what are u doing i[censored] will not write credit money then money will not be credited then again he asked me to send money 21200 with the note and then when i sent the money then i realised that it is a fraud that's happening. I asked him to give back my money but he didn't returned. He is still using that number from which be texted me in whatsapp.
In total 53000 money has been fraudulently debited from my account.
I have checked the beneficiary account of the fraud in which amount has been transferred through my bank. All necessary screenshots are enclosed.
