am speaking pain, Seeking Justice and Sustaining Struggle That Sir,
Myself Vaishnavi Pravallika Ampolu daughter of Venkata
ramanaAmpolu, aged about 25 years, residing at Srikakulam without my
parents' provision like a waif since past 25 years period.
That Sir, it doesn't make any sense to brag and be proud that my father
is being working as an Indian soldier, and to discriminate his own loving
daughter as he was tortured me like a cruel monster.
That Sir, our parents were slayed the first girl child, who instinctive
before me because of the timidity, discrimination of gender as girl child it
seems. After that I am the second child was born as a girl, my parents
were devastated and abandoned me at the age of there months, but
fortunately I was being endured and completed my childhood and higher
education with the efforts and solidarity of my grandmother and
grandfather.
That Sir, during my 10th class (SSC) education period, (at the age of 15
years) one fine day at the time of dinner, my parents assorted poison
into the food which I could have been taken enthusiastically. However I
could comprehend and escaped from the hazardous surroundings which
were materialized on that day.
That Sir, after completing my 10th class, I was joined intermediate course
at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, west maredpalli, Secundrabad, during
the two years period my parents were beaten and compressed me like
anything, and also they had plan to constantly trying to destroy me,
even they would like to exterminate my life on the earth. But by the
grace of god I was being alive and escaped from the cruelty grounds
which were being implemented by them.
That Sir, after completion of my intermediate, I have also completed my
professional education as Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), for this
medical education my grandmother and grandfather got a loan from the
Banks and other financial institutions keeping their own house under
hypothecation towards the financial provision of my studies. My parents
did not support even a single rupee, they have ignored the responsibility
about me, they never discharged the duties upon me.
That Sir, as you know the child rights and laws of the land at India, all
children are equal and have the same rights and basic needs to be
fulfilled, child has the right to protection from abuse and exploitation
and every child has the right to express his or her opinion and to berespected. Even though law and the essential rights are not being
applicable to me since past 25 years.
That Sir, The Domestic Violence Act protects all females from any kind of
physical, emotional, sexual, or financial abuse by family members. This
law protects female children from being abused at home, but my parents
are demolished this grounds of law against the female child at our home.
That Sir, my parents has such a cruel and harmful practices at home,
especially on me. I hope you will find my situation and my matter
concerning. Even though I am at the age of 25 years, but according to
our custom and tradition he was supposed to systematize my marriage
proposals but he has been ignored the process because of the fiscal
support which will be needed.
In this above said painful difficulties may I request you to immediately
register my complaint under the domestic violence, harassment financial
abuse of girl child, protected from neglect, exploitationand make an
appropriate inquiry and punish my father according to the laws of the
land and make rationalize my life. I will be grateful to you.
I am also sending the same appeal to the state and central government
women protection commissions which are being applicable. And also I
will file the domestic violence case against my parents at competent
court of law.
