fraud by sepoy vikas patel he selling me oneplus 6t

I approach to buy oneplus 6t, from olx by Sepoy Vikas Patel. we discuss and deal on 20000 for oneplus 6t, I pay him 10000 before sending parcel rest of the amount we discuss pay at delivery time. now just I found all this is fraud activity to . I want police to caught these person and help me get my 10000 back. below his detail.

He gave me his idhaar proof and indian army is proof and said parcel will delivered with few hours

I saw an ad on olx and thought of buying a phone. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - [protected]) told him as an army officer and asked me to pay the money via paytm to number [protected] so that he can get the phone released from office. fraud done of rs.17, 0000 by mr. jai kishan serving as sepoy in jaisalmer army

I was in search of iphone on olx. I saw a add of iphone6 which was 1month+ old being offered at 17, 200. On contacting him through chat i was offered to contact on [protected]. The deal was resumed on 13, 000. He requested me to pay 10, 000 in advance and remaining 3, 000 on delivery. He forwarded me all the bills of iphone, his addhar card, liquor card, to prove that he is genuine person. I also trusted him as my father is a ex-serviceman...

Fraud seller on olx vikram vagmare seems to be in indian army posted ad on olx for iphone 6 32 gb for 16000 when i had send message stating whether mobile is available he replied stating contact on what's up number - ([protected]) and that ads seems to be posted in location shivajinagar bangalore.
