And on 02/072021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74056631184118340398781 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. My account is in annanagar br, but due to office work and near to my office i approched Guindy br, for a new ATM card old one misplaced, the asked me to fill a form and i submitted and asked me to come after 15 days, i went today 16.7.21 and another person was there and told this branch will notissue and i hav3 to apply in annanagar.
1) why that employee took the form then
2) why after 15 days u are telling
3 is this the way u treat the customer.
4) i need my ATM card to operated immediately again why should i wait for 15 days.
5) plz take strict action on the employee who did this, has he know the importance of this and this not a play. My A/C no[protected]

Sir, I am very upset and uncomfortable of the behavior of especially manager and staff with the customers when we don't know anything and wanna know from them they reply not in a good way and they are behaving like a monarch sir..., they also told me if you have a problem you can close your account, I request that this should not continue in our bank and because banks should provide friendly nature in the for the customers instead so look after it sir

I paid my electricity bill payment on 24th june of amount 7852rs through my indian bank debit card. Payment was failed and Amazon refunded my money on the same day. They said amount will reflect on my bank account within 3 to 4 business days. But the amount was not refunded till now. I asked amazon they told me to ask on a bank side. In my branch they asked for a reference no. I asked amazon for the reference no. They told me to wait till today(15th July). Then today also I asked amazon they told me to put charge dispute form on Indian bank.. Please accept my request and refund my money to my account fast

Amazon has disbursed 2 refund amounts of 6434.10 and 4488.00 and they processed both the amounts on 5th July 2021 but till date the amount has not reflected in my account. I am waiting hopelessly everyday for the amount to reflect as I am told to just keep waiting.

Till now bank has not issued Form 35 to cancel the hypothecation from RTO.
I have exchanged my old vehicle for a new one.
