Deducted the payment of medicine Rs 536 on dated 9/05/2021 through on line payment mode. But order is cancelled & the myupchar agency send the refund on dated 11/05/2021. As per screen shot or email send by agency he processed the refund and payment done on dated 14.05.2021. But after checking account statement the refund Rs 536 not credited to my account. I had also complaint to the Indian Bank branch Camp Amravati but yet not received the debited amount.

    I have paid electricity bill though paytm app using indian bank debit card, paytm receives money but transaction failed. Paytm says ' we have initiated refund ' i have been waiting for so long, but i haven't yet received . (reference no: 6240712760666170806091) amount : 28543
    please refund it as soon as possible.

      I keep getting SMS messages intimating cash withdrawals which is meant for another account holder.

      "Rs.2000.00 withdrawn at ATM ID:30753447, Gias Kamal Choudhary Mumbai on 17/06/21 20:16 from Ac:XXX958513. Bal:53.00 CR. Always use INDIAN BANK ATM to avoid charges"

                  श्रीमान जी मैं एक पत्रकार हू आज दिनाक 08/06/2021 को इंडियन बैंक की शाखा बहराइच में अपनी बहन के साथ उसके खाता क्रमांक [protected] को kyc के लिए ब्रांच गया काउंटर पर मेरी बहन के द्वारा kyc फॉर्म को भर कर बैंक स्टाफ से पूछा की आप पुरुष के साथ लाइन में महिला ग्राहक को मत खड़ा करे जिस पर मैं मैनजेर को इन्फॉर्म किया मैनेजर द्वारा कहा गया की R B I GIDELINES के अनुसार महिला को अलग लाइन में खड़ा करने का कोई कानून नहीं है मेरे द्वारा एक विडियो बनाई गयी जिसमे कोरोना उलंघन साफ़ साफ़ देखा जा सकता है बैंक के और स्टाफ द्वारा जब एक पत्रकार के साथ ऐसा BEHAVEIOR किया जा रहा है तो एक आम जनता के साथ कैसा व्यवहार किया जाता होगा

                  अत: श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की उक्त घटनाक्रम को संज्ञान में लेकर बैंक मैनेजेर एवं बैंक स्टाफ के द्वारा सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे

And still facing this type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of bank. And still they take time much time to resolve.

                              I have taken the gold loan in Indian bank on 23/12/2019 and the proper closing amount is paid for the gold loan on 30/11/2020 but the employee didn't close my gold account properly. So now it's affecting in my CIBIL score

                                I had applied Home Loan for constructions of own plot at situated at Haridwar(uttarakhan) to Allahabad bank opp. Railway stationharidwar-249401(now known as Indian Bank) on Ist.Feb.2021. Now after 4 months I have been informed that my file has rejected.
                                I request you to resolve my unmentioned queries and requests-
                                1- Please specify the reasons for declining my loan request.
                                2- Why my request was rejected after raising numerous queries in past 4 months to which had replied very promptly. it has lead to wastage to time, mental and physical agony besides wastage of money.
                                3- I humbly request to reconsider my proposal and sanction me a loan as that I can start construction of my house.
                                4- In case my loan request was not a doable case, It should have been rejected at first instance. Now since I have incurred direct expenses of Rs. 20000- in processing of the file at your.
                                Kindly reimburse me the same. Breakup of the same is as under;
                                a- Rs. 5000 Legal charges Advocate Thakral
                                b- Rs. 5000 Technical charges for valuation of plot by bank
                                c- Rs. 6000 ITR verification by CA
                                d- Rs. 4000 estimate of construction by Bank's valuer
