Using Indian bank UPI ID I made a transaction after transaction it shows that transaction failed but amount debited from my account how it is possible.

          I have ordered a WACOM - Pen Tablet (product id:[protected] costed ₹3700 on[protected]. Due to some reasons, I had cancelled the product on the same day,[protected].
          Amazon has initiated the refund of ₹3700 on[protected] and it was expected to be credited in my account on[protected].
          Amazon has generated reference ID - (RRN[protected] 25492 but Indian Bank has still not credited the money to my account.
          Please consider my grievance and help me to get my refund.

                    Sir I opened my current account in your bank on 10th December 2020. After 2 days the manager called us and gave us the ATM card and PIN and the account was activated. After that till today 20th June, 182125 rupees were withdrawn from my account as many times from 500 to 15000 without any message and no OTP.

                      A transaction for amazon.in thru net- banking was cancelled from the bank's side, but the amount was debited... & not yet credited, i filed a complaint on their website, but "redressal is under process!" is all that's displayed for a longer time... Customer care no: usually hangs up too soon, & I get connected only after trying more than 6–10 times.

                      Complaint still not solved, but it was closed claiming there is no pending refunds from the merchant, when the bank itself is responsible for refunding...Bcoz it was cancelled before it reached the merchant.

                                  On 09.06.2021 I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3500. Due to some technical issues the cash wasn't dispensed. But the same amount was debited from my account with reference number[protected] ATM ID 14806201. I raised complaint against this on 15th June 2021. But this is not resolved yet. Whenever I call to customer care they are saying to visit concerned branch and when I go to branch they are denying and telling to go through online. My amount is debited which I have not received.

I have an active SB account number [protected] (CIF [protected]) in this account my mobile no [protected] is registered. Your branch officers saying that this mobile number is also registered with another two inactive CIF that is why I am neither getting sms information nor Internet banking facility till date. Branch is unable to delete the two inactive CIF.
