Indian Bank — delay in closing the account and trf the proceeds to designated target bank

I gave a letter to close the account of mr. G krishnamoorthy - account number[protected] — and transfer the proceeds to bank of india

Even after one full working day, this has not happened

When contacted, they say they have to trace the paper and let me know after one day

This is unacceptable and we need funds urgently to be deposited in designated bank

Please be customer sensitive to these aspects

This is in indian bank alwarpet branch in eldam road

My refund from Amazon online shopping is not been processed...i received an email wit reference number which i was asked to share it with Bank customer service...but they are asking for utr number which the amazon customer service is not aware off...
