As i have done a transaction on myntra and it was successful but i cancelled it on 2019/12/23 so there was a refund was initiated from myntra of rupees 2154 on date 2019/12/24 but not credited into my indian bank savings account no. [protected] Branch: deoria (2048) Ifsc code: idib000d061 Account holder : danish khan Mobile no: [protected] Till date i was contacting customer care but no one solve my problem. As per myntra i have to fill these form to your overlook on that, please look on that matter on earliest Bank reference number is[protected] Kindly help to solve my problem. I have transferred rs.15000 from Indian bank to State Bank of India account through imps on 04/01/2020 and i got "comm failure between indian bank and npci" error. Amount got debited from my indian bank account and still the amount is not credited in the beneficiary account.
