Indian Bank — refund amount not credited from bank | |||
My name is sowmiya and i ordered fastrack sunglass of rs. 1525/- (Fastrack uv protected sunglasses) in amazon on 26.02.2020 and after i returned this order on 04.03.2020 due to personal reason. And on 04.03.2020 amazon initiated refund the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 6y311g8i0000k6v5pkhw and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
