Sir, i got a refund from amazon on 04.04.2019 and it does not reflect in my account till date. Amazon sent me refund ref no, i went to the bank and asked them to credit my money, but they said me to register complaint on online kindly register my complaint and take necessary action. Ph. Not properly responding, working staffs are showing attitude towards customer, staffs are not properly listening to customers enquiry. Especially some ladies are showing negative attitude towards customers but some people are really good not everyone is bad. Kindly do the actions against their behaviour towards customer
