Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — linking aadhaar card to irctc id | |||||
I have been using irctc id for booking tickets on line for travel of my self and family. Of late only 6 bookings are allowed per month on the plea that my aadhar card is not linked. When i have uploaded my aadhar card, a simple reply is received from irctc with a comment "demographic data" not tallied. I have my bank account, pan card, indian pass port, aadhar card and my name is one and the same every where except for the surname being full or short yalamanchili or y. I have cancelled my railway ticket on 26/3/18 and returned by railway 28/3/18 but this amount is not yet credited to my account . Please verify and credit to my same debit account state bank of india. Please refund my cancellation amount rupees 585.00 .

I booked ticket through your gate way .And when I canceled my ticket my refund amount is not credited in my bank account. My booking transaction I'd is[protected]IGACXWAOZ0 AMOUNT 2300 and cancel ticket id is [protected] refund amount is 1725.so please refund my amount as early as possible
