Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund is not credited back into my account | |||||
I purchased an online ticket with transaction i. D. [protected] dated 31st may 2017. I cancelled it after a couple of hours while i have replanned my journey and reserved another ticket on two names. Pnr number is [protected] It is already 5 days complete and the money has not been refunded back into my account andhra bank. However, the refund category is showing that the amount is sent back to the bank paytmag and the date of refund is left blank. So, kindly refund my money at the earliest so that i can use the funds for the return ticket. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I was trying to book the tickets by PAYTM gateway using my debit card from Punjab national bank on 25th may 2017. The money got deducted but the ticket was not generated. In Irctc account it is showing the money got refunded in PAYTMAG on 26th May 2017. But it is not credited in my Savings Account. please help me.
