Respected Sir,
I am Nidhi Patel from Gujarat. I was travelling from Hazzrat Nizamuddinot, Delhi to vadodara by a train and I lost my laptop bag at midnight between 1:30-4:30 am. Most probably at mathura. I was sleeping with my bag underneath my head. I woke up at 4:30 and found there was no laptop bag. I immediately went to search THE and RPF. There was no RPF or TTE. So I went to another coach and met TTE and asked for help he bluntly replied me that it is not his duty to take care of that coach. RPF are there you tell them about the incident. I found no one on the train. And from Nizamuddin till Ratlam no TTE came to us for ticket checking.
Then we had just one option we tweeted to Railway minister Suresh Prabhu. So we got a call from Government railway were we were informed to register a complain at vadodara junction as it was our last stop. At vadodara railway station we met an officer of GRP he asked us to register a complain online through a machine setup at platform no.1 on vadodara junction. We went there and found it not working.
We came to know about a crime 1 to 1.5 hours before kota station. We reached kota station at 6 AM. So there i went to railway police or government police. I don't know which was that. They wrote my complaint but didn't acknowledge me with a copy. They asked me to call mathura railway station police. But actually they were supposed to register my complain and launch a FIR there but they refused. Main head of the department was standing an watching dumb and at last asked me to write down the landlines number of mathura railway police.

At 5 PM TTE named harindra shrivastav filed an 0 number FIR after much request of mine. But FIR had a question asking a name of TTE on the coach so when I asked them about the name of the TTE that I met in other coach as my coach didn't had TTE, they didn't gave me information about the TTE.

Now it has been more than 24 hour after theft occurred. I didn't find any means to register my complain because everyone gave third person's name. I was really tortured on the train. I was roaming for TTE from morning 5 to evening 5 to file a complain.
Now crime took place at mathura or before mathura but we came to know when we were near to kota railway station. So I want to launch an FIR to respective police stations.
Now Please register my complain and kindly provide my complain register number.

These valuable were theft in train 19020 on 22/1/2017 between 1:30 AM - 4:30 AM
In coach S7 second sleeper. Seat number- 59, 64.
