Sir i tried irctc app railway ticket booking 0n 08/06/2017 through my andhra bank internet banking trans id 435757 amount rs.1550.50 debited in my account. But ticket not claimed. My account no is [protected] my name g radhika dharmavaram cocoon market branch anantapur district andhra pradesh. Description ib/paytm/70301922/[protected] please solve my problem and reverse amount to my account.
