Indian Railway Department — Fake train ticket booking

PNR:[protected], TRAIN:08401, DOJ:16-10-15, 2S, CTC-SRC, Dep:23:35, RAJIB BISWAS+1, D4 67, D4 68, Fare:320, SC:22.8+PG CHGS... ...The above details we had booked on 16th October 2015, in the schedule time when we got into that train, we hadn't found any seat numbers there...!! Our government had done this, and if our own government cheated us then what should we do against this...!! I'm speechless...
