Indian Railway — Parcel not received

I have booked my parceL from bhubaneswar to gaya of Prr no:-[protected] on[protected] but till[protected] I havent recieved or find my parceL either on station or in cloak room, & the staffs are also not giving me proper information about my parcel, they are only telling that it will come dont worry, what should I do. Plz solve my problem.
