[Resolved] Indian Railway Ticket Checking Staff Organisation — Shall I be penalised to board wrong train despite having valid ticket ?

Once I wanted to reach Borivli but boarded from Andheri. Since I was late at that time, I boarded Bandra train and got down at Bandra. Ticket checking staff caught me and checked I had valid ticket. Shall I be penalised in this case since I had valid ticket but reached wrong destination? I wanted to the rule in my case how the rule comes in picture ? Thanks.
