Indian Railway Ticket Checking Staff Organisation — TC not checked bogie

I am travelling from Pune to Akola. Details : PNR-[protected] Trn-12135 Dt:[protected] Frm PUNE to AK Cls-SL P1-RC, S5, 63 Bogy not checked by TC till night. When asked for any birth availability at night, TC responded saying I have not checked bogie. So can't know about birth availability. This is disgusting.
