With due respect i want to inform you that i am travelling in train no 13331 dhn-pnbe express having pnr no:- [protected] and seat number b2 62 and 64. The b2 coach is not getting cooled and it's highly suffocating. Attendants are just keep reiterating that coach will be cooled in a while. During my entire journey i have complained three times to indian railways sms help no [protected] but not any action was taken. Pls work towards it Was this information helpful? | |
