Indian Railways — air condition was switched off for an hour when my train durango express was halted outside the howrah station on 21/5/19

Sir,
my mother Mrs Manju Devi khaitan was travelling from Bengaluru to Kolkata in Duranto Express on 20th May '19. It caused a lot of problem when AIR CONDITIONERS were switched off for an hour till it was given green signal to reach the Howrah station. We were forced to bear suffocation and the heat. I can't understand why was this done.
I would request something should be done regarding this as it may not have been the first time.
