Indian Railways — Allotment of seats for waiting list passengers

I have reserved for my journey with my wife both are above 50 from CHENNAI to Salem with PNR [protected] today 21 042017 with a waiting list of 8&9. On cofirmation we are allotted the seats one in D5 coach and another at D 13 coach which highly irritative one and also very difficult to travel. Pls avoid such kind of allotment and make the passengers for comfort journey.

Actually I wanted to book the ticket from New Delhi to Guwahati in the DBRT Rajdhani Express but it is done for Guwahati to New Delhi. Please provide the ticket by treating my destination from New Delhi to Guwahati or allow to cancel the ticket. PNR No. [protected]
