Indian Railways — allotment o[censored]pper & middle berth to senior citizen and patient even after choice given in the online booking format

My pnr no: [protected] a ticket requested for train number 12102 from hwh to ltt for 11th march 2020. I requested in the online form to provide me only lower berth because i a senior citizen with spondylitis and my wife having knee pain. But shocking to see that after payment berth alloted to upper and middle even though there were 97 seats vacant. Please help me and re-allocate berths
