I was travelling by lok shakti on 21st march in b2 -48 coach. As i was travelling with an infant i requested for an extra bedsheet for the sake of baby.
Even asking for 3 times nobody care about the request. Then asking it for the fourth time in a firm manner he handed over me pillow covers and went away.
Then i saw ticket collector and requested him for complain book, so he starting arguing that is not a complain. You got the alloted 2 bedsheet so then its not a complain and blah blah. Finally he said i get you bedsheet no need to complain.
Honestly i am a frequently traveller, have never got such treatment specially when traveling with 1 yr baby.
I feel railway should take strict measure and should target for better service. Was this information helpful? |
