I am using smart card for railway ticket bookings, i am happy with it. But just wanted to report one issue which i have faced twice due to faulty atvm machine in malad east. I booked a ticket and money got deducted but no ticket was printed. Also the machine did not show any error. This is not acceptable as there is no way of getting the money back. There should be some option to reclaim the money as its a waste of time and money both due to the faulty machines. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, I got cancelled my ticket PNR No [protected] on 29/05/17. Refund type was electronic. But till date my money is not refunded. Please do the needful.
