Indian Railways — bike missing complaint

Dear Sir,

I booked my bike in train no 12328 from dehradun to patna in 30/6/2018 (bill no is 701156 and PNR no is [protected]). But still i didn't get my bike i checked alots of time in patna station but they said to me that when that rain come to patna there door they can't open now my bike in howrah station. Is already to late and i need my bike is to urgent

So plz find my bike nd sented to patna station as soon as possible
