Indian Railways — bike parcel not received after 16 days of booking | |
Dear authority, I had booked my bike on 11/07/2019 from rajkot (Rjt) to kishanganj (Kne) through okha-guwahati express. As per the discussion with the office staff my parcel is loaded on same train on the day of 12/07/2019 and was expected to deliver by 14/07/2019. Unfortunately, the bike did not come at the destination ie, kishanganj (Kne) till date. This is miraculous. How such poor service from world's largest railway network. Responsible authority may please take stringent action and let me know the status. I had visited thrice to the station and in regular contact with the staffs but still awaiting. The station is approx 180 km far from my living place and too difficult to visit frequently. The station staffs are saying to charge demurrage charge against my parcel if not received on same day.
