Indian Railways — Book Ticket cancellation and refund

I book tickets PNR NO. [protected]on[protected] and PNR NO. [protected] on[protected].These trains were cancelled due to covid 19.Railway had not sent any messages for refund, since 6 month, Today booking clerk of Dondaicha said me no refund for same. why you can not refund fair to me?
