Pnr no:-[protected] booking the ticket on cadit card but same prabulam cancel the ticket and garner the new ticket one no:-[protected] & pement in cash but i ask to cash counter mr:- nirmal (Tuglkabad ticket biking centre) what this process of refunds many but mr:- nirmal his replay to me your amount cadit to your card ya no cadit your card he is the no responsibil to me & no responsibil indian railway so pls give me best and solution other wais i am go to consumer court
