Indian Railways — ceiling fans are not functioning at platform of guntakal junction

As i attached photo that issue has not solved yet, i hope you are taking issue easily but it ll be major. Why platform celling fans are functioning at guntakal junction. Try to understand passengers sweating problem at summer who ll be waiting for trains and delayed trains.. If this case not solved.. I need to put case against india railway..
