Indian Railways — charged for carrying lcd tv

Hi today i have charged by railway by 1370 /- for carrying lcd tv with me in sleeper class.
I am not aware of any type of this rule.
Can u please help for refund this amount.
My pnr no. Is [protected]
And charged invoice no. Is - 004325 dated 27.03.2019
Also there is nothing mentioned in rules for carrying lcd tv with me in sleeper class.
