Indian Railways — complaint about refund process

I have a confirmed ticket in bagh express dt 01.01.2018 my pnr no is[protected] ljn to rupc but at the time of journey the train was late approx 3.5 to 4 hrs that why i cancelled my confirm ticket your customer care executive told me that i got full refund because that is railway policy but still i am not able to submit your file tdr process when i am submitted your system showing no record found and now i have no idea that i got my money or not plz let me know my mail i'd and contact no is below
