Indian Railways — Complaint against broken wheelchair at Ambala Station | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I like to bring to your kind notice that I am 80 years old senior citizen. On 21st oct 2020 I travelled from PASCHIM EXP SPL, PNR [protected], from UMB to BDTS. Due to old age it is very difficult for me to walk even for small distance. I need assistance and a wheelchair both. I feel proud to mention that our Ambala station (UMB) is among the top busiest and populated station in India. During this journey I felt bad to see that there are only 2 wheelchairs available at Ambala station (UMB) and both were broken. We hold great respect for Indian railways and such kind of management is not expected. Kindly look into the same and do the needful. Regards Ram Kumar Jain Numbardar (Ugala).
