Indian Railways — complaint against tdr rejection on wrong info update by tte | |||
Complant against wrong information updated by tte I filed tdr for transaction id# [protected] (Pnr no [protected]) train no 22420 suhaildev express 04 hrs before, due train late more then 4 hrs, at 1748 hrs before departure time of train. I have not travelled in that train because i travelled by another train no 13430 anvt to malda town with pnr no :-[protected] and transaction no:-[protected] And now tell me how it is possible for one person to travel at two train at same time. It is clearly fault from tte on duty who wrongly mentioned that i travelled. Please arrange refund of my money & do take action should be taken against such officials.
