Indian Railways — complaint against tte's senior official, lumding division, dated:[protected]

I have a complaint against lumding sub division vikash kumar singh (Tte)' senior officer who ignored to be named,
As i was traveling on dated[protected] from diphu to hojai via lumding jn. On train no.15909 avadh assam express with general ticket at sleeper class because i was helpless because no reservation at the moment so was compelled to travel at sleeper class due to overload of general class which i was unable to enter, so i do prefer for the sleeper class which i took the vacant seat without making any disturbance to reserved passengers.
I was charged with amount rs.80/- & 250/-, i need a positive feedback on this.
